In the sewage treatment system of Qingdao Water Group, he is an out-and-out science and technology expert, only in the past year, he led the team to apply for 3 invention patents and 1 utility model patent, which improved the operation efficiency of the enterprise, saved millions of costs and energy consumption, and created the scientific research value that he believes is "the happiest".
Innovation creates value, and scientific research brings happiness
Wan Chunmeng joined Qingdao Water Group Daren Water Co., Ltd. in 2010, and with the vigorous development of Qingdao's sewage treatment industry, he has participated in the construction and renovation of sewage treatment plants in the north, east and west of Jimo. As the director of the maintenance workshop, he led the transformation and upgrading of the construction of intelligent benchmark factories and stations, and became the intelligent project construction promotion team of the West Mexican Plant, focusing on the process operation, equipment maintenance and repair, scientific research and innovation, etc., and carried out the whole process of innovation and management such as program design, demonstration, implementation and evaluation, and strived to explore the new ideas, new processes and new equipment of the West Mexican Plant. Intelligent dosing, multi-stage AAO process optimization, intelligent automatic control of the whole process, focusing on the construction of intelligent predictive operation and maintenance system for sewage treatment equipment, and all-weather uninterrupted monitoring of more than 200 important equipment in the whole plant. At present, all the process equipment of Jimo West Sewage Treatment Plant, including blowers, dehydrators, and ozone generators, can be remotely and automatically controlled, and the automatic control rate has reached more than 99%.
In fact, this is just a soft landing of scientific research for Wan Chunmeng who has been sharpening his sword for ten years, and similar to this kind of research and development, in Wan Chunmeng's view, is ordinary work. Different from the nature of the previous sewage treatment plant, the resource company mainly undertakes the downstream chain of sewage treatment, and reduces, stabilizes and harmlessly treats the municipal sludge generated after sewage treatment. It can be said that although it belongs to the same system, the new work, the new environment, and the new operation system are like "stepping forward from the beginning" for Wan Chunmeng.
The main equipment of the resource company is located in the biological fermentation workshop of sludge disposal, where the dust in the discharge section is flying, the distribution and fermentation section are high temperature and humidity, and the sludge is good to maintain and ferment a large amount of ammonia gas, which makes the working environment "difficult". On the second day of his new position, Wan Chunmeng appeared in the biological fermentation workshop in his tooling, and since then he has started his operation and experience of taking root in the workshop and going deep into the front line. In three months, Wan Chunmeng spent most of his time in the workshop, and his face and sludge became the standard for this young engineer. From the first time he arrived at the resource company, Wan Chunmeng thought that science and technology would change the working environment, scientific research would improve production efficiency, and technology would create new value, and he decided to start a new long march in sludge disposal technology transformation.
Bitter or not, dirty or not, tired or not, difficult or not? Wan Chunmeng gave a sober reply to these practical difficulties. "If you don't go deep into the workshop, how can you know the way of production and operation?" "If you don't study every piece of equipment thoroughly, how can you know the advantages and disadvantages?"
