Not as fast as your tongue is

author:Song of the Brave

There is such a passage in the Heavenly Dao: "The law of survival is very simple, that is, endure what others cannot endure, and what others cannot." Forbearance is a line, energy is a line, and between the two is the living space, if we can really do it. If we can't endure what others can't, then our living space will be larger than others. Victory and defeat are often the difference between a fraction of a second. It's a lose-lose, and if you breathe more than him, you're a winner. This passage concisely summarizes the connotation of the law of survival, and we can see the profound philosophy from the perspective of human life and human nature.

The same is true in real life. Whether you are an obscure screw or an executive of a business, you all have to face different pressures and need to solve the problems you need to face.

To endure what others can't bear and what others can't is to get a result. If you can't get the corresponding results in your own work, then you can't reflect your value in this position.

For example, if you want to meet your annual production target, you need to work together from all departments. When you need help from others, you need to tolerate their style of doing things and the way they speak. Either you have enough countermeasures to keep the other person friendly to you and not ruin your good deeds. Either you have to put up with each other and silently get the results you deserve.

Don't think that working in the company, everyone is doing things for the company, be fair and just, and act in accordance with the rules and regulations. These are just basics, and they have nothing to do with whether you get the results or not. You feel that you are creating value for the company, and the other party can also interpret it from his point of view, and he also thinks that he is creating value for the company. If you are not completely sure, the best way is to communicate well and show weakness appropriately, so that both parties can win together.

Never be quick to speak. If you don't have the ability to clean up the mess, don't be the one who flips the table. Before you say something, pause and hold back for a few seconds before deciding whether to say it or not. There are three purposes of speaking: one is to make others happy, and if your words make others unhappy, then don't say it. The second is to let others work energetically and be able to deliver value to others. The third is that you have to be profitable. If you fail to achieve one of these three goals, it is better to keep your mouth shut. Playing Tai Chi is better than talking about it.

You must know that part of the salary is the grievance award. In this world, it's a grass platform, don't think that people everywhere else are tall, they all come out to eat. When you go more places, you will understand that what high quality is relative. Your abilities and strength determine how much you are respected.

The stronger your ability to get results, the more room you have to survive. If you can't do anything well, you won't get anything, even if you win everyone, it's pointless. If you can always get results faster and solve problems faster than others, even if you don't say a word, others will not dare to speak disrespectfully to you.

Don't be quick to talk and take a longer-term view. If one wants to control others, one is in infinite troubles. But if you can control yourself, you will invisibly let the people and things around you move in the direction that is conducive to your own development.

Looking at the problem from a longer-term perspective can allow you to dilute the unhappiness and problems you encounter, so as to achieve better goals. Why not?
