He pointed out that the visit of a delegation of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and Overseas Chinese Committee of the CPPCC National Committee led by Liu Cigui to comfort overseas Chinese fully reflects the deep concern of the party and the government for the vast number of overseas Chinese and ethnic Chinese living abroad.
