On April 17, after joint research and unified deployment, the two sides jointly carried out law enforcement actions, carried out surprise inspections on the production sites and warehouses of the enterprises involved in the case, and seized more than 60,000 bottles of "Drunken Love" series of liquor in their hidden warehouses set up in residential areas, and took seizure measures, and the case has now entered the investigation stage.
In addition, according to the clues transferred by the Luzhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, on March 29, 2024, the Baoding Municipal Market Supervision Bureau found nearly 10,000 bottles of products that infringed on the exclusive right to use the three-dimensional registered trademark of Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd. "Guojiao 1573" in the warehouse of an enterprise in Wangdu County, and seized measures in accordance with the law, and the case is in the process of being handled.
Previously, the Luzhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and the Baoding Municipal Administration for Market Regulation signed the "Cooperation Agreement on Market Supervision and Law Enforcement for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in Key Commodities" to effectively strengthen cross-regional intellectual property exchanges and cooperation.
