On April 3, China Land Market Network announced the "List of the First Batch of Proposed Land Plots in Nanhai District, Foshan City in 2024", with a total of 2 residential land, and the latest proposed supply time is July 30. The two parcels of land are the land plot on the south side of Hongxing Road in Shishan Town and the land parcel in Huangqi Dongxiu Lot in Dali Town.
Among them, the land on the south side of Hongxing Road in Shishan Town has a land area of 47,904 square meters and a plot ratio of ≤ 2.5. It is understood that the plot was withdrawn after being listed in 2023, and the parcel is located in the core area of Bo'ai Lake, close to Keji Road, close to Bo'ai Road Station of Metro Line 4, and surrounded by Mei Cube Garden, Splendid Huating and other plates.
The parcel area is 182494 square meters, 2.49 < plot ratio is ≤3.37. From the point of view of location, the plot is about the Huangqi Dongxiu section of the expropriation and relocation project, which is an old village reconstruction project.
