Recruitment principles

In accordance with the principle of "openness, equality, competition, and merit", and in accordance with the requirements of the conditions required for the establishment of posts, we will openly recruit outstanding talents with both ability and political integrity from the society, and accept the supervision of relevant departments and society.

Recruitment plan

The plan to recruit a total of 7 staff, including 4 fire clerks in news and publicity positions, 2 fire clerks in financial accounting positions, and 1 full-time firefighter in the alarm dispatch position.

The personnel recruited this time do not have the status of civil servants and career establishment status, and implement quasi-military management, and under the command, management and supervision of the relevant functional departments of the detachment, assist and participate in propaganda and education, multimedia editing, and non-classified financial management.

Recruitment conditions

(1) Basic conditions:

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, be over 18 years old and under 35 years old, abide by discipline and law, have good conduct, and have good professional ethics; 2. Be physically and mentally healthy, have no history of mental illness, no genetic, chronic or infectious diseases, and pass the physical examination; 3. Be able to adapt to the working and living environment of the disciplined team, have no illegal and criminal records, have no bad habits, love and voluntarily engage in fire rescue work, perform job duties, and obey work arrangements; 4. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

(2) Job conditions:

Fire clerk for news and publicity positions: full-time college degree or above in journalism and art design related majors, of which photography and videography positions require proficiency in the use of cameras (Canon, Sony, Nikon), video cameras (Sony, Canon, Nikon), three-axis stabilizers, drones and other equipment, and graphic design positions require proficiency in the use of office software Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, CorelDRAW, freehand, Hand-drawn tablet, etc., post-editing positions require proficiency in the use of Premiere Final Cut pro, AE, edius, Vegas, etc., and new media operation positions require that they be able to write copywriting, be able to use new media methods proficiently, and have good planning ability. Fire Clerk for Financial Accounting Positions: Full-time college degree or above in finance and economics, with the professional ability required to engage in accounting work, good professional ethics, and abide by the "Accounting Law of the People's Republic of China" and the national unified accounting system and other laws and regulations;

Full-time firefighters in alarm dispatching positions: high school or equivalent or above, voluntarily engaged in the command center alarm dispatching work, good word processing and oral expression skills, proficient in operating computers and office office software, and able to adapt to 24-hour duty work. Jiuquan city hukou, understand the local dialect of Jiuquan, have communication and computer related professional skills certificates, and have video conferencing system operation, network and common system operation and maintenance, emergency communication implementation and other related knowledge or work experience can be hired.

(3) In any of the following circumstances, they will not be hired:

Persons who have a criminal record, have received criminal punishment or public security administrative punishment, have a relatively serious negative personal credit record, have been dismissed or dismissed for violations of discipline and regulations, as well as those whose family members or close relatives have been sentenced to criminal punishment, who have participated in illegal organizations or cult organizations or engage in other activities endangering national security, who have had overseas nationality, and who have other circumstances provided for by laws, regulations, and relevant policies, must not engage in fire rescue work.

(3) Qualification review

According to the online e-mail registration review, the Jiuquan Fire and Rescue Detachment will notify the eligible applicants by phone or text message to bring relevant documents for qualification review.

Applicants must hold valid resident ID cards, household registration booklets, graduation certificates, degree certificates, retired servicemen holding "retirement certificates" and other relevant documents and 2 copies, and provide 5 recent 1-inch red background bareheaded color photos of the downloaded and printed "Jiuquan Fire and Rescue Detachment Open Recruitment Fire Worker Registration Form" (2 copies, double-sided printing).

During the qualification review, the physical test (no more than 30% of the standard weight, not less than 15% of the standard weight; of which the standard weight = height cm-110cm) 1 can be confirmed for registration. Candidates should carefully read the letter of commitment for the creditworthiness test, and the application materials submitted for the examination shall be true and accurate. (5) Testing and assessment

The test and assessment are organized by the Jiuquan Fire and Rescue Detachment, and relevant departments are invited to supervise. Applicants must hold a valid identity certificate (ID card, temporary ID card or household registration certificate with a photo issued by the public security organ at the place of household registration) and participate in the test and assessment at the time and place specified in the notice. 1. The written test subject for the financial accounting post is "Government Accounting System", and the written test subject for the news and publicity post is "Basic Knowledge of Journalism" The total score is set at 100 points, and the time and place will be notified separately. 2. Psychological testing: Psychological testing is carried out by relevant departments, and the specific time and place will be notified separately, and those who fail the test will be eliminated. 3. All qualified personnel for the physical fitness test shall participate in the physical fitness test, and those who do not participate in the physical fitness test shall be deemed to have given up their recruitment qualifications. The physical fitness test shall be carried out in accordance with the "Physical Fitness Test and Standards for the Recruitment of National Comprehensive Fire and Rescue Teams", and shall be carried out in accordance with the "Physical Fitness Test Items and Standards for Public Recruitment of Staff of Jiuquan Fire and Rescue Detachment" (see annex). Participants in the test should bring their own sportswear and sports shoes. 4. The interview is conducted in a structured manner with reference to the interview method for public recruitment personnel in public institutions, mainly examining physical form, grooming, language expression, communication and business ability. According to the summary of written test results and physical fitness scores, from high scores to low scores, the interviewers will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3. When the ratio of interviewers does not reach 1:3, the proportion of interviewers can be reduced according to the actual situation or the actual number of people participating in the written test can be interviewed. The interview will be scored on the spot on a 100-point system, and the interview team will collectively score on the spot, score on the spot, and summarize the results on the spot. 5. Comprehensive score: Fire Clerk = 40% of the written test score × + 40% of the interview score × + 20% of the physical fitness score × 20% of the total score of the full-time firefighter = 50% of the interview score × + 50% of the physical fitness score ×

Physical fitness test scores, written test scores, interview scores, and comprehensive scores are all kept to 2 decimal places, and the third decimal place is not rounded.

(6) Physical examination

According to the order of the total score from high to low, the list of physical examination personnel is determined according to the ratio of 1:1. The physical examination shall refer to the "Physical Examination Standards for Conscripted Citizens". Those who do not participate in the physical examination within the specified time will be deemed to have given up their recruitment qualifications, and those who fail to pass the physical examination will not be admitted. The time and place of the physical examination shall be notified separately by the Jiuquan Fire and Rescue Detachment, and the physical examination fee shall be paid by the participants.

(7) Personnel determination and publicity

According to the total results and physical examination results, the Jiuquan Fire and Rescue Detachment will select the best candidates to be recruited and a certain proportion of the list of personnel to be recruited, and publicize them to the public on the Jiuquan Talent Website, and the publicity time shall not be less than 5 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, the list of hired personnel shall be determined according to the results of the publicity.

(8) Personnel hiring

Candidates who meet the employment conditions, organized by the Jiuquan Fire and Rescue Detachment pre-job training and probation, the probationary period lasts for one month, and the unit signs a formal labor contract, pre-job training and probation period is included in the contract period, the initial contract period is 1 year, the contract expires if the work is required, and the contract can be renewed after passing the assessment. Those who fail to pass the training or are incompetent for the job will be disqualified. For those who fail to report after hiring, quit during pre-job training and probation, and need to be supplemented, they will be selected from the publicized personnel to be filled according to their ranking.
