Xiaoxiang Avenue is a key project of the state and county, is an important passage connecting Longji Expressway and Longshan North Station of Guizhou-Zhangchang Railway, starting from the original Taipingshan archway of Xincheng Community, Xinglong Street, Longshan County, crossing the Guoli River, passing through Xinglongqiao Community and Baiping Community of Xinglong Street, and ending at Longshan North Station of Guizhou-Zhangchang Railway, with a total length of about 3.23 kilometers and a design speed of 60 km/h.
