After reading the appearance and test of Xiaomi's self-wired power bank, let's disassemble it and take a look at the internal materials and design.
First of all, disassemble the power bank shell along the seam of the shell, and glue the inner battery and the shell to fix it.
The top of the housing is the PCBA module, and the bottom is the battery pack.
Paste a thermal pad on the PCBA module to enhance heat dissipation.
Remove the thermal pad, and underneath the thermal pad is the power conversion chip.
The power bank comes with a connection cable that is fixed by a screw platen.
The self-supplied wire connects the positive and negative poles and CC wires, and the wire welding is marked with color and glued and fixed.
The battery is connected to the PCBA module by spot welding.
The PCBA module is fixed inside the housing with screws.
Unscrew the set screws and remove the battery pack and PCBA module.

The internal power chip of the power bank comes from Nanxin Technology, model SC8934, which is a synchronous charger with a built-in MOS tube and supports reverse boosting. The chip can be controlled through the I2C interface, supports 12V input, bucks to charge the battery, and boosts the output of the battery. The battery voltage and switching frequency are programmable, support NTC temperature detection, built-in perfect protection function, and use QFN4*4-32 package.
