Preface
The charging head network got a 10000mAh self-wired power bank launched by Romas, this power bank adopts a black straight plate shape, comes with a USB-C interface, and also comes with a Type-C output cable, Micro USB output cable and Lightning output cable, which is convenient for stacking with mobile phones for charging. The power bank only supports 5V output, and does not support fast charging input and fast charging output, which is basic in function. Let's bring the dismantling of this self-wired power bank, and take a look at the internal design and materials.
Romax 10000mAh comes with a wired power bank appearance
This mobile power bank is a regular black color scheme, with a flat body shape, a frosted and anti-fingerprint surface of the shell, and rounded edges.
The ROMOSS brand is printed on the top of the front of the fuselage.
下方印有10000mAh和15W Fast Charge。
The side of the fuselage is equipped with a power button and an indicator light.
The battery indicator lights up blue.
The other side is equipped with a USB-C port.
Product parameter information is also printed on the same side housing

The Type-C cable supports the DCP charging protocol.
Finally, it was measured that the Lightning cable terminals were not original.
Romax 10000mAh self-wired power bank dismantling
After reading the appearance and test of this power bank of Romas, let's disassemble it and take a look at the internal design and materials.
Start by prying open the casing along the side seams of the fuselage.
The power bank shell is fixed by a buckle.
Above the housing is the PCBA module, soldered output wires.
The output wires are only welded to the positive and negative connections.
The batteries are connected by spot welding.
The thermistor to detect the temperature of the battery is welded and reinforced, and the solder joints are glued and reinforced.
Unscrew the fixing screws and remove the PCBA module.
Foam double-sided tape cushioning protection is pasted on the side of the battery.
The battery is secured by double-sided tape stickers.
The thickness of the battery is 12mm, the width is 60mm, the length is 110mm, the rated voltage is 3.7V, the capacity is 10000mAh, the charging limit voltage is 4.2V, and the energy is 37Wh.
Peel off the double-sided tape that has been attached to the edge of the battery.
Soldering to remove the connection cable and battery, the front of the PCBA module soldering the main control chip, alloy inductor, filter solid-state capacitor and battery protection chip.
A large area of exposed copper on the back of the PCBA module dissipates heat.
The mobile power chip is from Siyuan Semiconductor, model MP5330, which is a single-chip mobile power management solution that integrates synchronous boost converter, lithium battery charging management, battery level indication, button and Type-C protocol. It integrates output and input over-current protection, over-voltage protection, over-temperature protection, short-circuit protection, etc., and adopts QFN32 package.

Summary of the dismantling of the charging head network
This self-wired power bank adopts a low-key black shell design, and comes with a Type-C output cable, Micro USB output cable and Lightning output cable, which can meet the mainstream mobile phone charging on the market. And it also comes with a USB-C charging port, which can be charged with the popular USB-C charger, and the compatibility is very good.
Through dismantling, the charging head network learned that this power bank has a built-in 10,000mAh lithium battery and uses a XB8886A integrated battery protection chip of Saixin. The power bank power chip comes from Siyuan Semiconductor, model MP5330, which is a fully integrated mobile power SOC with an integrated switch tube. The battery is wrapped with foam tape cushioning on the edge, equipped with a thermistor to detect the temperature, and the internal workmanship is reliable.
