author:After the bamboo game

According to Wowhead, Dalaran City has been updated in the PTR of 10.2.7, with the return of the Silver Covenant and the Sunreaver Guard, and changes to the Council of Six.

Dalaran played an important role in the 10.2.7 plot, since the return of the Legion, Dalaran's Alliance District Guards have been Werewolves, the Tribal District is the Forsaken, and now the Silver Covenant and Sunreaver Guards have returned, and the PTR has been replaced with High Elves and Blood Elves, respectively.

The Council of Six is the leader of Dalaran's decision-making group, Kenrito. After the Amedasir raid, the Blue Dragon Guardian Karegos retired from the Council, leaving the five remaining Khadgar, Kale, Ansrem-Ruin, Modra, and Vargas. In the PTR of 10.2.7, four members of the Council except Khadgar appear in the Dalaran Guardian Vault, where Modra talks to Ansrem, Vargas stands alone, Kale sits on the couch, and next to him sits a mysterious NPC, who has not yet been unlocked, and is currently shown as a blue-and-white block, presumably the successor of the Blue Dragon.

This mysterious sixth man has also sparked various speculations, the most vocal of which are Isath Sunsnatcher and Gianna, who is the patriarch of Dalaran and later returns, and Gianna, the former leader of Kenrito and now the naval commander of Kurtilas, who are at odds with each other. Some of the PTR's clues may point to the Void Elf Magister Ubrick, a Blood Elf of Quel'Thalas who was eventually banished along with his followers for "colluding with the Void". Ubrik and his people follow Aurelia Windranger as they begin their new life, and he and the rest of the Void Elves have used the Tylogus Rift as their base, and the area has recently been updated on the PTR with new Void Portals and the logos of Dalaran and Kenrito appearing next to them.

However, Dalaran will not escape his fate, as the prologue of 11.0 begins with the destruction of Dalaran. In Battle for the Center of the Depths, players wake up from the shores of Dorne and are buried in the ruins of Dalaran. Some clues suggest that Saratas attacked Dalaran, who was wiped out while flying to a new area. Players will rescue a number of NPCs from the ruins, including Esath Sunsnatcher and Retson-Flamefury, but the leader Khadgar has mysteriously disappeared and his fate is unknown.

As one of the iconic cities of Warcraft, Dalaran has existed since Warcraft 2, and many Warcraft 3 battles were staged in this city of mages until it was destroyed by Akmund. In the World of Warcraft '60s, Dalaran remained in a rebuilt state of inaccessibility until WotLK King became the new neutral hub.
