In 2022, with the support of Shanghai-Yunnan cooperation funds, relying on the unique human history, natural conditions and characteristic features, Dianshuiyan Village will deeply integrate farming culture, terraced culture, butterfly culture and rural tourism, and strive to create a beautiful village suitable for living, working and traveling. Today's Lishuiyan Village is surrounded by mountains, gurgling streams quietly pass through the village, emerald green terraces extend layer by layer, and mushroom houses are scattered, presenting a beautiful picture of harmony between man and nature integrating forests, waterfalls, rainbows, butterflies, mushroom houses, and terraced fields. In 2023, the first "China Red River Butterfly Valley Art Festival" will be successfully held in Lishui Rock Village, receiving 73,500 tourists, achieving a tourism income of 80.5575 million yuan, and successfully rated as a national AAA-level scenic spot.
Similarly, after the implementation of the functional improvement construction project, the ex-situ poverty alleviation and resettlement site of Shibanzhai New Village, located on the bank of the border river between China and Vietnam, moved from the crowded "small square box" to the "small villa", bid farewell to the "dirty and messy", and entered the "green beauty", becoming a demonstration model of a modern border happy village, and listed as a research and inspection point of the 2023 Yunnan Provincial Modern Border Happy Village Construction Site Promotion Conference.

Relying on the geographical advantage of being located at the forefront of the radiation center facing South Asia and Southeast Asia, in recent years, Jinping County has made great efforts to build a border trade booster demonstration belt with Jinshuihe National Class I Port as the center and Nafa Street Village and Jiejie Village in Jinshuihe Town as the focus.
In 2023, Shanghai-Yunnan will invest 15.5 million yuan to implement the construction of rural revitalization demonstration sites in Nafa Street Village and Jiejie Village, upgrade and build the infrastructure in the village in an all-round way, help economic development, and lay a solid foundation for further enhancing the overall image of the country and enhancing the people's awareness of consolidating and strengthening the border. "Rural construction + national unity" model
Jinping County has 9 ethnic groups, including Miao, Yao, Dai, Hani, Yi, Han, Zhuang, Lahu (Kucong people) and Brown (Mangren), with 88.35% of the ethnic minority population, and has won the title of "National Demonstration County for Ethnic Unity and Progress". Focusing on the requirements of "building a beautiful homeland, maintaining ethnic unity, and guarding the sacred land", and with the goal of "letting 100,000 border people live a happy new life and never leaving a nation behind", Shanghai-Yunnan cooperation has successively invested 46.54 million yuan in five border villages of ethnic minorities, including Hani, Yao, Dai and Lahu, to implement the construction of modern border happy villages, jointly promote ethnic unity and progress, harmony and stability in the border areas, and strive to build a demonstration belt of ethnic unity. In particular, in 2024, Shanghai-Yunnan will invest 12.34 million yuan to implement the modern border happiness village living environment improvement project in Liuliu Xinzhai, a Lahu ethnic settlement in Zhemi Township, with the main line of forging the sense of community of the Chinese nation, comprehensively promoting the high-quality development of ethnic work in the new era, and helping the "straight through the nation" (Lahu people) to once again achieve the historical great change of "one step across the millennium".
"Rural construction + industrial cooperation" model
Shanghai-Yunnan cooperation adheres to the "two-legged walk" of rural construction and industrial employment, based on the advantages of natural resources, ethnic culture, and geographical location of each village, rationally lays out advantageous and characteristic industries, and has invested 42.63 million yuan to implement industrial development projects, and has built 2 agricultural and sideline products trading markets, 2 warehousing and cold chain logistics centers, and 1 terraced rice deep processing plant. 1 edible fungus planting greenhouse, open up the road to increase the income of native products, the rural e-commerce sales road, the village collective economy common wealth road, and the border people to get rich in the city, vigorously develop the beautiful economy, green economy, and courtyard economy, so that the countryside has both "good scenery" and "good money scene", and drive the masses to increase income steadily. For example, the implementation of the agricultural and sideline products distribution center project in Shibanzhai New Village has not only driven the development of local characteristic industries, but also provided jobs for local villagers and achieved industrial prosperity.
Through the transfer of land to collect rent, guaranteed sales to obtain the reserve money, asset leasing to get a discount, local work to get salaries, etc., the income of the masses has been rising, and the annual per capita net income has reached 15,400 yuan.
