Fu Laiqing's trip to the mainland was not easy in the first place, and it was indeed really not easy, and it was very meaningful, because the two sides of the strait had to go through a thousand difficulties to complete such communication. In addition, the four same texts, the same species, the same origin, and the same ancestor that Fu Laiqing answered are also very interesting. We know that we all use Chinese, the same species is in the DNA, and the same origin is in culture, that is, the homology of Chinese civilization. And the same ancestor has another meaning, which is the ancestral family law. It is about the entire cultural or social context that has developed since the customary law in the Zhou rites. Therefore, the four sameness, the same species, the same origin, and the same ancestor have their own unique significance, and these four are inseparable and difficult to retreat. Therefore, if we want to return to the "92 Consensus" from the same text, the same species, the same origin, and the same ancestor, then the situation will be much easier.
Fu Laiqing's performance this time is remarkable. The mainland side will receive Fu Laiqing's delegation at a high level, and one of the most important basic points is that everyone returns to the "consensus of '92." This point is very important, and Fu Laiqing also mentioned this point during his visit.
Therefore, if we talk about the second wave of visits to the mainland brought about by Ma Ying-jeou's second landing, it should be said that Fu Laiqing is very interesting. He represents the Kuomintang, and he said that he has two identities, one is the representative of the people's will, and the other is the executive director of the Kuomintang's policies. As a matter of fact, it is tantamount to opening such a dialogue between the Kuomintang and the mainland party, so it should be said that this point is also very meaningful.
On the same day, the mainland announced that Fujian residents would be allowed to travel to Matsu, and that they would gradually open up tour groups for Fujian residents to the Taiwan region. Is this a series of goodwill that the mainland has successively released to Taiwan through such exchanges?
It's definitely absolutely fine. Because just starting from Ma Ying-jeou and going to all the KMT groups in the back, these trips seem to be very enthusiastic on both sides. Ma Ying-jeou, Xia Liyan, Hong Xiuzhu, Fu Laiqing, Lian Shengwen, Wang Jinping, Li Qianlong, and Hao Longbin will all visit from April 1 to July, and they are all important events, and even heavyweights will be accompanied by relevant people. The fact that so many cross-strait visits have taken place intensively in the past few months is of course a brand-new development that is based on mutual sincerity and mutual trust.
Such intensive exchange of visits was rarely seen in the past. In particular, Tsai Ing-wen's 8-year term in office has been almost a semi-interrupted, and in the past, the KMT can be said to have been very depressed because of the confiscation of party property. But after 8 years, especially after the epidemic is gone, the situation has taken a different turn and improved. Especially after the Kuomintang won a majority in the legislature, the situation was very different.
However, what should be particularly mentioned is that the "four sames" mentioned by Fu Laiqing are very likely to be a basic preparation for Zhu Lilun's future visit and his return to the "92 Consensus."
