Exyte plans to acquire Kinetics Group, a provider of installation services, equipment and technical facility management. Whirlpool Corporation announced the completion of its transaction with Arçelik A.Ş (Arcelik). The deal creates a new European home appliance company by combining Whirlpool's main European home appliances business with Arcelik's main home appliances, consumer electronics, air conditioning and small home appliances businesses. Whirlpool now owns 25% of the new entity, called Beko Europe B.V., while Arcelik owns 75%. Whirlpool retains ownership of InSinkErator and its KitchenAid small appliances business in EMEA. In addition, Whirlpool completed a previously announced sale of the company's Middle East and North Africa business to Arcelik.
AUO acquired BHTC of Germany for EUR 600 million
AUO Corporation announced that it has completed the acquisition of Behr-Hella Thermocontrol GmbH (BHTC), a German company, for EUR 600 million, following an agreement reached between the two companies on October 2, 2023. Following the completion of all necessary transaction conditions and regulatory approvals, AUO now holds 100% equity interest in BHTC.

Negotiations between Salesforce and data management software company Informatica fell through when the two parties could not agree on terms.
