On the morning of April 29th, the Miyue Mountain Ju Ancient Village Market located in Luwan Village, Ant Bee Town, Yicheng District was very lively, and the first "Chaoyang Cup" Food Festival, Farmhouse Signature Dishes and Local Snack Contest in Ant Bee Town were staged, and a feast of authentic food was opened.
On the field, representatives of 26 farmhouses in Ant Bee Town gathered together to compete in cooking skills with traditional crafts and the signature dishes of the town's store, and show the local characteristic food culture in the same stage competition.
As the host announced the start of the game, the contestants showed their housekeeping skills one after another and showed their skills. Authentic ingredients, skillful knife work, and cooking methods such as frying, steaming, etc., reveal the exquisite skills of the contestants. The 35 dishes are delicious, including chewy stewed goose, nutritious sesame leaf tofu soup, and squirrel fish...... A variety of delicacies made the audience salivate.

In the tasting session, the audience picked up the dishes and chopsticks to eat, and the competition also came to an end in everyone's praise and the wonderful comments of the judges.
After tasting and scoring by experts from the Municipal Catering and Accommodation Industry Association, the squirrel fish of the Neighbor Farmhouse won the Gold Award for the Farmhouse's signature dish, and the Farmhouse Hot Tofu of Jindingshan Miyue Villa won the Gold Award for Local Snacks. Deep-fried grasshoppers, fried food, Xinjiang ramen, fried vermicelli and other snacks won the top ten famous snacks, and the local chicken stewed in the ground pot, the goose stewed in the ground pot, the mud goose, and the small yellow croaker stewed in garlic won the title of the top ten signature dishes.
