At present, the project has been fully started, the construction period is 15 months, it is planned to complete the main construction of important projects in mid-November this year, complete the equipment installation and construction by the end of April 2025, start stand-alone commissioning and joint trial operation in early May, and enter the project transportation stage after the performance assessment reaches the standard. Coal gangue is a by-product of coal mines, and now it has a lot of use value, while in the past it was a kind of waste from coal mines, which could only be dumped and piled up on the mountain, and in order to prevent it from burning, it was covered with a layer of loess. Because there is coal gangue underneath, no crops can grow on it, only grass. In recent years, in order to develop strategic emerging industries, Huamei Group has developed photovoltaic power generation projects in combination with gangue mountain management, which has produced economic benefits while effectively using these vacant land. The rooftop distributed photovoltaic power generation project in Huayan Coal Mine Industrial Area has an installed capacity of 10MW and a total investment of 43 million yuan. The project is mainly distributed in the gangue mountain of Huating Coal Mine, the parking lot of Yanbei Nanfeng Shaft and the roof of the industrial field, with a total area of about 304 acres, and all the electricity generated is consumed and used by the coal mine itself. Because the photovoltaic power generation time is exactly the time period when the daytime electricity cost is higher in the peak and valley electricity price, the effect of saving electricity costs and reducing costs is obvious.
