In accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations such as the Cybersecurity Law, the Personal Information Protection Law, and the Methods for Determining the Illegal Collection and Use of Personal Information by Apps, as well as relevant national standards, these 10 mobile apps have privacy non-compliance.

1. When the mobile application is run for the first time, the user is not prompted to read the privacy policy and other collection and use rules through obvious methods such as pop-up windows, or the user's consent is not solicited by non-explicit means such as agreeing to the privacy policy by default. Before processing personal information, personal information processors fail to truthfully, accurately, and completely inform individuals of the following matters in a conspicuous manner and in clear and understandable language:

the name or name and contact information of the personal information processor;

2. In view of the above situation, the National Computer Virus Emergency Response Center reminds mobile phone users to be cautious about downloading and using the above illegal and illegal mobile apps, and at the same time pay attention to carefully reading their user agreements and privacy policy descriptions, do not open and agree to unnecessary privacy permissions at will, do not enter personal privacy information at will, and regularly maintain and clean up relevant data to avoid personal privacy information being leaked.
