"Look at Xianyang" News: On April 29, Wugong County held the launching ceremony of the 2024 "Healthy Martial Arts 10,000 Steps" Walking Incentive Competition, aiming to promote a healthy lifestyle and create a national fitness atmosphere through this activity.
The competition advocates walking 10,000 steps a day, using Internet technology and team incentives, establishing the concept of "exercising for one hour a day, working healthily every day, and living happily for a lifetime", and guides the masses to actively participate in physical exercise, cultivate healthy living habits, improve physical fitness, and promote the construction of "healthy martial arts" through the simple and easy-to-do mass cultural and sports activities in the form of walking.
It is understood that at present, there are 20 organs, enterprises and institutions in the county, and 416 personnel form 27 teams to sign up for the competition. The official competition will start on May 11 and end on August 18, for a total of 100 days. The competition will organize and carry out elite competitions, healthy weight competitions, expansion competitions and other competitions, continuously promote and popularize healthy lifestyles, actively create a living atmosphere of national fitness, build a strong health defense line, and spread health concepts and healthy behaviors in every corner of the economic and social development of martial arts.
