Mr. Zhao is a native of Heyang and has a stake in a local gas station. Recently, Mr. Zhao reported on the Internet with his real name that the Qiachuan Gas Station in Heyang County, located on the west side of the southeast (108) National Highway (108) of Wangcun Town, Heyang County, was illegally operated.
"In November 2023, the company transferred 50,000 yuan to me, and the cashier asked me to transfer the 50,000 yuan to the account of the Qiachuan gas station, saying that this was the company's newly registered company. Mr. Zhao said that after learning of this situation, he found that the billing address of the Qiachuan gas station was the same as the original one-plus gas station, and the sales volume on the account of the Qiachuan gas station had been more than 500 yuan.
"I don't know about the registration of this Qiachuan Gas Station Co., Ltd., but I am still the general manager of this company. Mr. Zhao said that he suspected that the company was a leather bag company, and returned 50,000 yuan in February 2024, and also reported to the Heyang County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau in his real name that Heyang County Qiachuan Gas Station Co., Ltd. was suspected of illegal operation.
According to the information provided by Mr. Zhao, on January 31, 2024, the special task force for the special rectification of urban gas safety in Heyang County (the special class for gas remediation) handed over a letter from Qiachuan Gas Station Co., Ltd. for illegal sales without obtaining a town gas business license to the Heyang County Urban Management Law Enforcement Bureau.

On April 28, a person in charge of the Heyang County Urban Management Law Enforcement Bureau said that the incident reported by Mr. Zhao was true after their investigation of the illegal sale of Heyang County Qiachuan Gas Station Co., Ltd. without obtaining a town gas business license.
According to a document obtained by a reporter from Huashang Daily, on April 12, the Heyang County Urban Management Law Enforcement Bureau replied to the gas remediation team: after many joint on-site inspections by the Urban Management Bureau and the Gas Office of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, after investigation: Heyang County Qiachuan Gas Station Co., Ltd. did not obtain the urban gas business license for illegal sales, in violation of Article 15 of the "Urban Gas Management Regulations".
The report materials reflect that the company's illegal business operations have exceeded more than 5 million yuan since September 20, 2023, and it is suspected of illegal business operations in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Law, and the clues of the case were transferred to the public security organs on April 11.
On April 23, due to the lack of two documents, the police returned the case. The person in charge said that they have sent a letter to the gas remediation team and are supplementing the information, and will be handed over as soon as possible when the information is complete.
