Guangbao Gaoshan School will launch a scholarship scheme for publicly-funded classes and self-financed classes for the joint examination of Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas Chinese. The scholarship is provided by the school established by Guangdong Guangzhou Daily Media Co., Ltd. (Guangdong Media), which is specially set up for students from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas Chinese, with a three-year bonus pool of up to 10 million yuan, and more than 5 million yuan in the first year of scholarship.
Guangbao Gaoshan School is a full-time school of non-academic education jointly organized by Guangdong Guangzhou Daily Media Co., Ltd. (Guangdong Media), a state-owned cultural listed enterprise in Guangzhou, and Guangzhou Gaoshan Cultural Training School. The school, formerly known as Guangzhou Alpine Cultural Training School, has helped tens of thousands of college entrance examination students enter their ideal universities over the past 27 years. According to the person in charge of the Guangbao Gaoshan School, the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Joint Entrance Examination Scholarship Program aims to help students build a road to their dream university with peace of mind with the help of the high-quality strength of state-owned capital.
There are three levels of scholarship schemes
40 top-notch students are enrolled in government-funded classes
It is understood that the tuition standard of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas Chinese joint examination training course is 65,000 yuan/full class hour per student, and the total number of publicly-funded classes is 40 people, and only 1,000 yuan/semester tuition and miscellaneous fees are charged. The scholarship program will benefit between 300 and 400 students, and the target is students who intend to take the 2025 or 2026 National Joint Entrance Examination for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese or the joint examination of the two universities. The selection examination is scheduled to be held in May and June, and registration will start from now on, as well as the booking of places and scholarship applications for September 2025 entry (JAE 2026).
Students from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas Chinese in the province whose final scores in the first semester of the second semester of high school meet certain requirements can register for the examination, and the organizer will select and distribute them according to the test results, as well as the students' usual academic performance, overall quality, innovation ability, and understanding and integration of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao culture.

Scholarship Scheme
In order to further help overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students understand the further education policy, the 2024 Hong Kong and Macao University Admission Consultation Conference (Guangzhou and Foshan) organized by Guangdong Guangzhou Daily Media Co., Ltd., Foshan Private Education Association and Guangbao Education was held on May 1 and 19 respectively.
