As we live in the hinterland, we feel incomprehensible about the arrangement of such a multi-layer barbed wire fence, and some of the scenic spots that could have been visited, such as the No. 32 boundary monument and the outpost, are now surrounded by the barbed wire, and automatic monitoring devices have been installed, and the alarm will be raised when we walk about 10 meters away from the barbed wire.

The 185th Regiment is a group of special groups on the northwest border of the mainland, they are not like soldiers, the people are not like the people, holding a hoe in one hand, holding a weapon in the other, defending the sacred land in the harsh natural environment, defending the security of the country with their lives, and sticking to our beautiful homeland with dedication. It is such a group, in the ever-changing volley cold moon, scorching heat of the border, with an iron will, with the will of the sky, the earth, nature, mosquitoes, with the indomitable spirit of sacrifice, while working hard to engage in production, while patrolling the national border security, while guarding the reunion of thousands of families

The name of the hero of "The First Husband and Wife Outpost of the Northwest Militia" is Ma Junwu, the former Sandek (location) outpost, and now it has been named "Military Outpost". Sentry towers, boundary monuments, barbed wire, and national flags tell touching stories to people passing by.

A long time ago, there were no outposts in this place of Sandek. After the floods of 1988, the 185th Regiment decided to build a militia post next to the Sanddeck Levee. Ma Junwu, a second-generation militiaman from Junken, followed his parents to garrison here and undertook the tasks of patrolling, guarding water and protecting forests along the 20-kilometer border. After Ma Junwu became a family, his wife, Zhang Zhengmei, a female militiaman of the second generation of military reclamation, guarded the border with him. The hostess of the husband and wife post is said to have never worn a skirt because the mosquitoes here are so ferocious. The two of them, a lonely family, have been guarding this deserted and extremely difficult border post for more than 20 years. It is known as "the first husband and wife post of the Northwest militia"
