Huang Liming, a farmer electrician in Jianli City: the "guardian" of the rural power grid

author:Jiang Han style

Jiang Hanfeng reported: In late spring and early summer, production was busy. On the field, the motor roars and the machine rumbles. Agricultural power is exerting its power, irrigating the whole field and planting seedlings. Taking advantage of Huang Liming's rare free time, the author visited the peasant electrician.

Huang Liming, 57 years old. He lives in Group 3 of Xue Tan Village, Zhemu Township, Jianli City, and is an employee of Bailuo Power Supply Station. People often call him "Master Huang". Due to his long-term outdoor work, he has developed a tough body, with large shoulders and round waist, thick and powerful. He said that since he went to work in 1999, for more than 20 years, he has traveled to five villages, including Xuetan, Sunliang, Liuyang, Zenghua, and **, and has dealt with more than 2,000 farmers. Some light bulbs are not lit, some houses and fish ponds need to be installed with electricity meters, some need to change the line, etc., as long as it involves electricity, they have to come to him.

As a rural agricultural electrician, Huang Liming loves his work. Regularly participate in the training and study of the power supply station. Ideological understanding has been enhanced, professional ability has been enhanced, and the consciousness of serving the villagers has become pure. Rural agricultural power has a wide range and scattered piers. It can be as large as a fish (shrimp) pond and as small as a household's electricity consumption. He has to manage 31 districts, involving six villages (groups), and his working hours are irregular. It's generally "shout and go". Whenever there are tree obstacles on road sections and piers, farmers' wires are bitten by rats, short circuits and power outages, he arrives as soon as possible and never slacks off. He believes that small things are connected to the people's hearts. My job is to provide door-to-door service and be responsible for it to the end. "You can't turn on today and go off tomorrow, you should change the bag (electrical appliances) and the bag (tape). "It turns out that there is one transformer in one village, and electricity failures often occur. Some people joked that agricultural electricity at that time was "afraid of wind, rain and sun" (often tripped). Now there are eight transformers in one village, which can meet the needs of the masses for electricity. The number of stations has increased, the management is in place, and the electricity consumption is normal. Someone commented: "Master Huang's electricity is too fine, and he is always there when he shouts." If the electrician didn't come for a week, he wouldn't have come. "He cares about what he does. Good technology, good temper, conscientious and responsible, has been recognized by the public. He was pleased with this.

Safe use of electricity is the common wish of everyone, but some emergencies are unpredictable. Talking about the several fires that have occurred in his jurisdiction, Master Huang is deeply touched. The four stations (No. 1, No. 3, No. 4, and No. 8) are in Xuetan Village and Zengchuan Village, and several fire accidents are shocking. The cause of the fire in some farmers is unknown, the flower line of the wholesale department was damaged by the stove, and the battery caught fire in some cars parked near the electric meter. As soon as Master Huang received the call, he immediately rushed to the fire site. While cutting off the power supply, connecting the plug-in cables, and installing submersible pumps, the villagers were organized to use tools to splash water to put out the fire. In the face of raging flames, the collapse of prefabricated blocks on the roof, and the burning out of all electricity meters, he did not care about his personal safety and worked for three or four hours until the fire was extinguished. At the end, I had to check inside and out before I was the last one to leave. Every time he fights a fire, he seems so bland, "I only think about the safety of the villagers' lives and property, do something real, and don't engage in wild white (dialect)." ”

When it comes to the two major snowstorms last winter and this spring, people still remember it vividly. On the twenty-fourth day of the lunar month of the year of the Lunar New Year, the snow was overwhelming and three feet frozen. Electricity facilities in the village were badly damaged. Inverted poles and broken wires caused large-scale power outages. In the 31 stations managed by Master Huang, 86 inverted rods were broken, and 6 wires were broken. The snow disaster is an order! In order to bring light to thousands of households, Master Huang threw himself into the intense rush to repair. The power was cut off, and the communication signal was intermittent. He couldn't get through to the phone calls from the farmers, and he couldn't get back by himself. In those days, some villagers sat at Master Huang's door before dawn to pick him up. In order not to delay the emergency repairs, he drove his tricycle out early in the morning, often carrying a large number of tools such as batteries, liquid transformers, chainsaws, knives, shovels, and a few packets of instant noodles for breakfast. Every time he entered a pier, he negotiated with the village cadres, sent laborers, transferred excavators, and climbed the poles by himself. Due to the icy and slippery poles, his feet were often hit by iron hooks. Sometimes he runs on the road on a tricycle and doesn't receive a call from the user. Due to the weak signal, the voice is so low that others can't hear it, and when it is loud, people have some misunderstandings. As the New Year approaches, there is no electricity in the homes of farmers, and it is inevitable to say something urgent. But he never cares, and touches "God" with "sincerity" (the user is God). Sometimes I was busy until 9 o'clock in the morning, and I wanted to make a bowl of noodles, but there was no boiling water at the farmer's house. Hungry and tired, I couldn't afford to climb the pole. He had to take out 100 yuan to hire someone to climb the pole for wiring. In his words, even if he was hungry, he had to turn on the electricity of this peasant household! Whenever this matter was mentioned, Zhang Wangxing, a villager from Xuetan Village, said: "In freezing weather, Master Huang was so tired that he even paid out of his own pocket to hire someone to climb the electric pole, and this spirit of serving everyone is really commendable!" Because Master Huang and his group fought continuously despite fatigue, all 31 stations were finally energized on the 29th day of the lunar month. "Thanks to Master Huang, it is their service that has brought us light!" the villagers gave a thumbs up!

As a village electrician, Master Huang has a purpose and is passionate about serving the villagers. In normal times, he rarely stays at home, and often goes from village to village, looking for problems. He said that even if there is nothing to do, we must listen to the voices of the masses, and problems that cannot be solved by ourselves can be reflected upward in a timely manner.

During the Spring Festival in the year of Jiachen, another heavy snowstorm was encountered. The tenth day of the first lunar month is Master Huang's birthday, and he is rushing to repair a line in ** village, completely forgetting his birthday. The eldest daughter, who was working in Hangzhou, sent a message, "Happy birthday to Dad!" A village cadre came over and said, "Lao Huang, you didn't say it earlier, if I knew I could make you a bowl of egg noodles!" Lao Huang's birthday was quietly spent in a tense busyness.

How could Yang Shiren, an elderly man in his 70s, forget that he had to pay the electricity bill, the wire was broken, and he had to change the socket switch or something, and Master Huang came to help. So Huang Liming became a frequent visitor to his house.

Huang Liming, a simple peasant electrician, has done many practical things for the villagers with a kind of sincerity, and is often commended by the leaders of the unit. He is determined to make persistent efforts to let his people's feelings shine in agricultural electricity!
