At 11:56 a.m. on April 24, the Shihe South Boat of the Qinhuangdao Coast Guard Bureau received a radio distress signal during the cruise, and a wooden fishing boat leaked and was trapped while operating at sea, and the situation was extremely urgent.

The Shihe boat quickly arrived at the scene, and after inspection, it was found that the front cabin and engine room of the fishing boat were seriously leaking, with a maximum depth of 1 meter, and there was a risk of sinking at any time. Law enforcement officers quickly carried out rescue, and through emergency fire pumps and manual drainage, the ship successfully escaped from danger and arrived at the harbor under the tow of the Shihe South boat.
