Mr. Cai Weiwei resigned as a director of the 11th board of directors and a member of the strategy committee of the company due to work reasons. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, Mr. Cai Weiwei's resignation report will take effect when it is delivered to the Board of Directors.
