I have to say that behind this personnel order, it does reflect the current predicament facing Ukraine, and it also reflects Zelensky's distress. No matter how Zelensky changes generals, it is indeed difficult to prevent Ukraine's defeat on the battlefield, which means that the crux of Ukraine's current problem is not a human problem, but the whole country is facing many major problems that are difficult to solve.
First, the most immediate problem is the lack of qualified generals, and it is too difficult for Zelensky to find the right candidate. In February this year, Zelensky announced the dismissal of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Zaluzhny and the promotion of Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Army Syrsky to the post of Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Syrsky has also been asserting that the battlefield situation in Ukraine is very grim, even to the point of precariousness, as the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, Syrsky is so pessimistic about the war situation, and Yakowits, as the commander of the Ukrainian Strategic Support Forces supporting front-line operations, will naturally be under considerable pressure.
Since Russia's large-scale bombardment of Ukraine's energy and key facilities, Yakowits, as the commander of the Strategic Support Forces, has actually been under considerable pressure, because the target of Russia's strikes is Yakovic's responsibility. In the face of Russia's large-scale bombardment, Yakovitz can be said to be helpless, which naturally attracted all kinds of criticism in society, which also embarrassed Ukrainian President Zelensky, who promoted him. Although there are many officers in the Ukrainian army, there are very few qualified or even excellent generals who can lead the Ukrainian troops to defeat the Russian army. Originally, Zaluzhny gave hope to the Ukrainian people, but he was still dismissed by Zelensky in the form of political struggle, and now, the bunch of generals promoted by Zelensky have said that they lack medical treatment, medicine, food and ammunition, and ask Zelensky to quickly equip strong troops and weapons and equipment. Now, the reason why Zelensky dismissed Yakowitz from his post is, on the one hand, dissatisfied with Yakowitz's own work, and on the other hand, it is also to remind other senior generals of the Ukrainian army that if they don't fight bravely to kill the enemy and admit their mistakes, Zelensky will be unkind to these people, and killing chickens and monkeys is one of the goals Zelensky wants to achieve.
Second, another dilemma or huge problem faced by Zelensky is that at present, the conflict between Russia and Ukraine has evolved into a war between Russia and Ukraine, and since Russia has changed its special military operation to a Russian-Ukrainian war, this means that Russia will definitely increase its attack on Ukraine. Since the serious terrorist attack at the Moscow Concert Hall in March this year, Russia has been ruthless against Ukraine step by step, and Ukraine's key civilian facilities, energy facilities, and weapons and equipment aided by NATO to Ukraine have become targets of the Russian Aerospace Forces. In the face of Russia's powerful attack, although Ukraine has also counterattacked, the current situation is indeed lackluster, and the dismissal of Yakowice reflects that Ukraine really has no chance of winning in the face of a powerful and gradually powerful Russia that is gradually gaining strength after anger. Therefore, even if Zelensky removes Yakowitz from his post, it is estimated that it will be difficult to replace him with a new person to reverse this unfavorable situation on the current battlefield.
Third, the lack of talent under his command and the weakness in the face of a powerful opponent Russia have made Ukraine and Zelensky face another insurmountable juncture, and the dominance of the Russian-Ukrainian war or the settlement of Ukraine is no longer Ukraine's final say. Moscow's serious terrorist attacks and the continued efforts of the United States have caused Russia to fundamentally change its attitude towards Ukraine, and the only way for Russia to get what it wants and achieve its goals at the negotiating table is to let the military continue to move forward. After all, it is only through the continuous expansion of victories and the constant march to the west that Russia will be able to gain huge benefits in Ukraine, and this benefit will never be obtained by arguing with Ukraine and invecting each other with the United States, in short, what can be obtained at the negotiating table can only be obtained through victory on the battlefield.
Today, with the help of the war in Ukraine, Russia has not only maintained the unity of Russian society, but also greatly stimulated Russia's economic development, and the United States has used the war in Ukraine as a driving force for its own domestic economic development, and Russia is the same. When Russia's economic development needs have not fully released its huge production capacity, and when the US military-industrial interest groups are still unwilling to give up Ukraine, Zelensky and Ukraine can only fight to the end and shed the last drop of blood of the last Ukrainian. This is the biggest problem faced by Zelensky and Ukraine, when the United States and Russia serve the table, Ukraine can only serve the menu, this is the tragedy of Ukraine. Therefore, no matter who Zelensky replaces, it will not help, after all, even if the god of war is reborn, if he wants to save Ukraine, he can basically only stay in the imagination.
