The absurd emotional comedy "Three-Quarters Classic" combines Chekhov's three one-act comedies "Marriage Proposal", "A Tragic Character Who Can't Be the Master" and "Bear" (also translated as "The Fool"), through the series of three one-act plays, reflecting the social situation at the time.

"Three-Quarters Classic" is composed of Jin Yifan, a national second-class actor and an outstanding young actor of Hangzhou Drama Art Center, Zhu Hongbo, an outstanding young actor of Hangzhou Drama Art Center, and Ying Jiagen, an outstanding young actor of Hangzhou Drama Art Center.
In the choreographer trio, Jin Yifan plays the image of a "big brother", he has participated in popular plays such as "Life Code", "Long Time No See", "Sympathy Companion", "Flying Windfall", "Female Lead", etc., and has accumulated some acting experience. "We have been rehearsing for this play for 17 days, and today is a preliminary rehearsal of the integration of the three one-act plays. Zhu Hongbo has also done several original works before, and this work "Three-Quarters Classic" needs to retain the classics, and interpret the characters in it, as well as their emotions and central ideas, which is the biggest difficulty. Zhu Hongbo hopes that he will present a very solid thing in the performance, which also requires a lot of energy to run in and digest.
Hangzhou Drama Art Center outstanding young actor Ying Jiagen is the youngest in the choreography and directing group, but has a lot of outstanding achievements, in the 9th Wuzhen Theater Festival Youth Competition won the "Best Drama Award" of the work "Very Good" is his work, representative works include "Robbery of Life", "Broken Jar", "Earl of Oolong Mountain", "Ding Xilin Republic of China Comedy Three", "Spring Tide", "Village Song" and so on.

Chekhov's book has a large amount of lines, how to make the audience listen to it in such a large number of lines, is a difficulty that the main creators have been trying to overcome in the creation and rehearsal, "We still hope to refine the most exciting parts, combined with the comedy form of 'original' to show the essence of Chekhov's story." Jin Yifan said that Chekhov's text is solid and worthy of scrutiny, and they are confident that they can complete such a work.
