Hubei Lizhida ceramic substrate project is invested and constructed by Hubei Lizhida Technology Co., Ltd., which is a successful example of transforming the advantages of scientific and technological talents into industrial development advantages. Since 2019, the company has invested in the research and development of ceramic substrates in Xiaochang through leasing plants, and now it has expanded the industrial scale by building new plants.
"The electronic information industry itself is also the pillar industry of Xiaochang, and the products we produce have enriched the products and formats of Xiaochang's electronic information industry. After the new plant is built, it can produce 2 million pieces per year and achieve an annual output value of 200 million yuan. The project is located in the south of Huitong Avenue and east of Chengnan Planning Road in Xiaochang Economic Development Zone, with a total investment of 120 million yuan, covering an area of 34 acres, and mainly building an annual output of 2 million pieces of electroplating ceramic substrates (DPC), including 2 flat ceramic substrates and 2 three-dimensional ceramic substrate production lines and related supporting facilities.
"As the project secretary, I took the initiative to contact the relevant departments directly under the county to provide a full range of services for the enterprise planning review, application procedures, production electricity, installation, fire connection, supporting drainage ditch construction and road hardening. At present, the construction of the second phase of the plant has entered the decoration and finishing stage, and the road hardening in front of the door is also stepping up, and it is expected that in mid to late May, equipment commissioning and trial production will be carried out. Project secretary Li Guangmeng said.
