Recently, the Jiangwan Military Retirement Center of Yangpu District and the Red Army Primary School of Fengshan County, Guangxi Province organized an activity of "Reading Red Classics and Talking about Red Inheritance", inviting military retired cadres and representatives of teachers and students to read the story of Red Army Rock and inherit the red blood through video connection.

The voices of retired military cadres are strong and powerful, and the voices of campus teenagers are crisp and bright, and in the sound of loud recitation, scenes of tenacious struggle of Red Army soldiers and Red Guards in Hengli Village, Fengshan County, Guangxi, with thousands of revolutionary masses, slowly unfold in front of their eyes.
Now more than 90 years have passed, the Hengli Rock in Hengli Village in the story has been named "Red Army Rock", and near it, the Red Army Primary School has been built, that is, the teachers and students who participated in this activity. Reading with the battle-hardened grandparents gave them a deeper impression of this history.
"The grandparents of retired military cadres are the same as the Red Army soldiers and Red Guards in the story, with a pure heart and dedication to the country. Through this reading activity, I have become closer to my grandparents, and I hope to learn from them the spirit of unity, love, perseverance and patriotism. Princess Wang, a student of the Red Army Primary School, said.
This is not the first time the two companies have worked together. In fact, as early as January this year, some teachers and students of the Red Army Primary School came to the Jiangwan Military Retirement Center for a three-day red humanities tour, so that the children had an in-depth understanding of the deeds and spirit behind the military retired cadres. In this event, the student representatives who had participated in the trip read a letter of thanks to the group of lovely grandparents, thanking them for their long-term and continuous care, and the representatives of retired military cadres also replied. The two sides also sang duet songs, and the atmosphere was happy.
Xu Luhai, a retired military cadre, said that the cooperation between the school and the military retirement center not only allowed the children to gain something, but also encouraged everyone to learn the revolutionary spirit of the older generation, inherit the red gene, activate the red blood, and let the old cadres themselves feel full of feelings.
