Mazda's "ARATA" concept car was officially unveiled at the Beijing Motor Show, and the production version will be launched in 2025. Mazda has registered a trademark for the "EZ-60" in Japan, and it is expected that the production version will be named after it. The ARATA innovation car will be built on the Changan EPA platform and will be powered by both pure electric and extended range powertrains.
The ARATA Concept continues Mazda's classic Soul of Motion design philosophy, with LED light strips running through the lower edge of the closed front grille, electronic exterior mirrors, and large black rims. At the rear, there is a slender taillight cluster with the Mazda logo in English.
