In the past few days, the District Urban Management Law Enforcement Bureau has formulated a work plan and task list in a timely manner, and the squadrons have responded quickly to carry out law enforcement inspections on the parking of electric bicycles in commercial buildings, shops along the street and residential quarters in the jurisdiction, so as to discover and eliminate all kinds of potential safety hazards in a timely manner and ensure the personal safety of the citizens in the jurisdiction.
In the inspection of the community, the Bund Street Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team focused on whether residents had illegal behaviors such as charging at home, occupying the common part of the property for illegal parking and charging, and flying wire charging. Through inspections, knocking on doors, and asking vehicle owners, law enforcement team members promptly stopped all kinds of electric bicycle flying wire charging, occupying the first floor hallway of the building, shared walkways, stairwells, corridors and other public parts of the parking and charging violations.
The Ruijin 2nd Road Street Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team focused on inspecting the parking of electric bicycles in commercial buildings in the jurisdiction. It was found that there were mainly illegal charging, irregular parking, and occupation of fire safety channels, and the law enforcement team urged the property management party to do a good job in daily publicity and management, maintain charging facilities, and keep the fire passage unblocked. During the inspection of the shops along the street, the law enforcement team found that there was an electric bicycle sales outlet on Julu Road, which occupied the pedestrian passage to park electric bicycles, and there was a behavior of pulling wires indiscriminately.
The Laoximen Street Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team came to the two residential communities of Fuxing Longyu and Shilin Huayuan in the jurisdiction. After on-site inspection, the elevators in the two residential complexes have been equipped with sensor cameras, which can prevent electric bicycles from parking in the corridors in time. Both communities have set up electric bicycle parking areas, which have been equipped with smoke detectors, sprinklers, fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting facilities in accordance with the requirements of the fire department.
In addition, in the process of law enforcement, the law enforcement team members also actively publicized the safety knowledge of electric bicycles to the community citizens, informed the hazards and consequences of illegal charging, and reminded residents to standardize the parking of electric bicycles, pay attention to daily maintenance, and ensure the safety of themselves and others.
