On April 25, the Changning District Natural Resources Title Confirmation and Registration Center and the Hangzhou Real Estate Registration Service Center successfully completed the first "cross-provincial general office" business of real estate registration in the Yangtze River Delta region in Shanghai and Hangzhou. This marks substantial progress in the reform of the integration of real estate registration in the Yangtze River Delta region, and will provide great convenience for mass enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region to handle real estate registration.
Ms. Sun and her husband are the first beneficiaries of this reform. They are in Shanghai, but they need to go through the registration of the change of property in Yuhang District, Hangzhou. After learning that the "cross-provincial general office" for real estate registration in the Yangtze River Delta was being gradually implemented, on April 25, they went to the Changning District Natural Resources Confirmation and Registration Affairs Center near their home for consultation. In the past, this kind of business had to be handled in person at the registration center where the real estate was located, which caused some inconvenience to the public.
"Now the Yangtze River Delta real estate registration 'inter-provincial general office' has been gradually opened, and Hangzhou's real estate registration can be handled by us. After introducing the relevant situation to Ms. Sun and his wife, Hua Haoliang, the real estate inter-provincial service commissioner of Changning District, connected with the Hangzhou Registration Service Center through the "virtual window" of the Yangtze River Delta One Network Office. Subsequently, Ms. Sun and her husband completed the registration and acceptance process of face recognition, video inquiry, and electronic signature in the "virtual window". The registration departments of the two places approved and circulated the relevant materials through the online platform, and it took only 15 minutes to successfully complete the registration and acceptance. The new property certificate will be sent directly to them by courier.
According to reports, since the release of the "Reform Work Plan for Deepening the Integration of Real Estate Registration in the Yangtze River Delta Region", Changning District has responded positively and vigorously promoted the "cross-provincial general office" in the field of real estate registration. By optimizing the process, data sharing, online collaboration and other means, relying on the "one-network office" platform, the Changning District Natural Resources Title Confirmation and Registration Affairs Center has realized the seamless connection of real estate registration business in the Yangtze River Delta. The success of the "cross-provincial general office" not only verified the efficiency and feasibility of the Yangtze River Delta real estate registration reform plan, but also greatly saved the people's service time and economic costs, and achieved the service goal of "letting the data run more and let the people run less errands".
