The starting point of the "internal circulation" is to find out its position and comparative advantages in the domestic circulation, and the focus is to explore an effective path conducive to promoting the construction of a new development pattern in the country based on its own resource endowment and development conditions, and the foothold is to enhance its own viability, competitiveness, development and sustainability under the influence of foreseeable and unforeseeable factors. From the perspective of economic structure, compared with the coastal areas, Hubei's export-oriented economy accounts for a relatively low proportion, the industrial chain, supply chain and product sales market are mainly in the country, the economic development mainly depends on domestic demand, the cost of transformation is low, and the "ship is good to turn around", which has a first-mover advantage in building a new development pattern in the country. We must grasp the internal circulation, further stimulate potential consumption, expand profitable investment, form a virtuous circle in which consumption and investment promote each other, and speed up service and integration into the national unified market. It is necessary to promote external circulation with internal circulation, change the way of thinking, explore the "going to sea" model, find out the needs of enterprises, polish the business card of "Ezihao" good products, good technology and good service more brightly, and promote Hubei enterprises to fight the wind and waves in a larger market with stronger competitiveness, so as to increase stamina and vitality for Hubei's economic development.

Opening up to the outside world is the mainland's basic national policy, and it must not be shaken at any time. Why does the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government attach great importance to the construction of Huahu Airport? It is because this is an important platform for us to open up the internal circulation and the external circulation. Hubei's determination to speed up the construction of a new highland for inland opening up, and change from the "back team" of coastal opening up to the "front team" of inland development in the new era. We should take greater efforts and more practical measures to actively create the Huahu International Free Trade Airport with the airport as the core form, plan and promote the construction of major projects such as the New Three Gorges Water Transport Channel and the Jinghan Canal, and create a "thoroughfare of Kyushu" in the new era.
