In order to address the ethical challenges in the field of scientific and technological innovation, colleges and universities need to comprehensively strengthen the education of science and technology ethics in terms of teachers, curriculum, and system construction, so as to cultivate the awareness and ability of science and technology ethics for future leaders in science and technology development. The compilation and release of the Special Research Report will build a broad consensus on the basic issues of science and technology ethics education, explore action strategies with Chinese characteristics on the practical path of science and technology ethics education, and form a multi-party cooperation mechanism in the specific implementation of science and technology ethics education, and will play an important role in continuing to promote the special work of science and technology ethics education in colleges and universities.
