This is Kangding Mugecuo! "Wood is a mountain, Ge is a grassland, Cuo is a lake", this station covers all the scenery of western Sichuan.

In the west of Sichuan, at the foot of Gongga Mountain, next to the city, Muge Cuo appeared.
Mugecuo is Tibetan, and Savage Sea is its Chinese translation. Legend has it that a pair of lovers escaped from marriage in order to seek holy love, and were mistakenly recognized by hunters as savages, hence the name Savage Sea.
Later, a "Kangding Love Song" sang from north to south, the lovers were lovers, the song was popular, and the love song became more famous.
But the mystery and beauty here is much more than that, with rhododendrons in the mountains, magical boiling springs, and vast seas...... Mugecuo is even more moving than we imagined~

The entire Mugecuo area is composed of 30+ nameless seas, which are connected with the surrounding grasslands and forests, and have the artistic conception of a paradise. Among them, the largest Haizi inherited the name of "Mugecuo".
The water of Mugecuo Lake is clear and mirror-like, and the sapphire-like surface of the lake is always sparkling, like a glass mirror embedded in the mountains.
The steadfast love of a pair of lovers has made Mugecuo a sacred sea love lake, and the beach formed by natural erosion has become a symbol of "dry sea and rotten stones", and it is named Lover's Beach.
The sand of Lover's Beach is fine and soft, and the golden sand seems to give a golden edge to the blue sea, and it is difficult not to be in a trance that this is actually the scenery of the alpine grassland.
The Rhododendron Gorge is eight kilometers long, the water in the canyon is murmuring, and the waterfalls can be seen everywhere, so the Rhododendron Gorge is also known as the Thousand Waterfalls Gorge.
As the most beautiful rhododendron promenade next to the 318 line, Rhododendron Gorge will usher in the full flowering period in May, when you can see the scene of "who is in charge of Kangding in spring, and everyone is the rhododendron in the crowd".
The canyon is full of primitive rhododendron forests, some of which are several feet high, and the flowers are like the sea, which are brilliant and dazzling;
Many of the flowers and trees in the Azalea Gorge are as old as 1,000 years old, with a total of 68 species, so it is also a great place for scientific investigation and botanical research.
After walking through Haizi and seeing rhododendrons, we arrived at the famous alpine hot springs in the Ganzi region, the medicine pond boiling spring.
According to legend, Medicine Buddha passed through this place and took pity on the local people's diseases, so he poked more than 20 springs on the ground with his cane for the residents to drink and heal.
The water here is extremely hot, with a maximum temperature of 90°C, because the heat source comes from a thermal storage zone 200°C deep in the earth's crust, which is perfect for boiling a perfect soft-boiled egg.
The spring water contains a variety of trace elements that are beneficial to the human body, and has unique curative effects on eye diseases, stomach diseases, and rheumatism.
The seven-colored sea is like a palette that has been accidentally knocked over by nature.
Because there are many kinds of algae in the lake water, which is rich in minerals such as calcium, magnesium, sulfur, phosphorus, etc., the refraction of sunlight with the change of weather makes the lake water color change, hence the name.
What's even more amazing is that the seven-colored sea is still a hot and cold symbiotic lake, the left side of the lake is cold to the bone, and the right side of the lake is warm and pleasant.
The distant mountains are like daisies, the snow covers the tops, and the lakes, fields and flowers are nearby, and the scene of mountains and rivers intertwining is directly indulgent.
The Seven-Colored Sea Observatory is an excellent position to overlook the Lotus Snow Mountain, with a view of the majestic mountain, bathed in the holy light, and between stretching out your hand, it seems that you can still touch the clouds.
Fangcao is divided into inner lawn and outer lawn, which is the most beautiful place in the whole scenic area and is also a famous wedding photography base~
The area of more than 10,000 acres of grassland has gradually turned into a sea of wild flowers, and the lush flowers and grass have of course become a good place for the locals to leap horses and play dams.
The Red Sea Steppe is just opposite Mugecuo and is a vast and fertile steppe, adjacent to the Red Sea, which is second in size to Mugecuo.
Its most beautiful season is in summer, when the endless lawn is covered with colorful Gesang flowers, which looks like a carpet from afar.
The beauty of western Sichuan is unique. But in Mugecuo, the beautiful scenery is just the background of the journey, because there are really many ways to play in Mugecuo!
Leave the urban forest, walk through the forest and grassland to nature, and take a wilderness hike between the mountains and the sea to feel the grassland breeze. Mugecuo is very big, and Sister Juan recommends that you go this way.
The first journey of wellness. Depart from Mugecuo and head all the way to the Yakushi Boiling Spring.
On the way, there is a natural red rock beach, and the blood-red stones are paved on the side of the road, and the red and white contrast is very spectacular. Go to the pharmacist boiling spring to soak in the hot spring to relieve fatigue, Ba Shi is very good~
The second pilgrimage is to see Gonggar in the Red Sea steppe. In late spring, light mist rises from the grassland from time to time, like a thin veil covering the grassland.
Further inside, Gongga Snow Mountain, the king of Shu Mountain, sits in the distance, cold and holy, sheltering all beings with the posture of a god.
The third mythical journey is to come to the sacred lake of Mugecuo, which symbolizes holy love, and sit down at the love song café to enjoy the "Erhai Lake in the clouds".
Then go to Lover's Beach, step on the soft golden sand, and breathe with the wind until "the sea is dry and the rocks are rotten".
Paddle on the lake, with a breeze and waves, and sail to the opposite shore of Mugecuo, where the Red Sea steppes are located.

As mentioned earlier, the water of Yakushi Boiling Spring comes from the depths, so the spring water contains a variety of trace elements that are beneficial to the human body, and has unique curative effects on eye diseases, stomach diseases, and rheumatism.
Due to the high temperature of the spring water, you can drink tea and boil eggs at the stomach spring.
The eggs boiled in the spring water have soft bean curd whites and yellow yolks, and you can suck them with a small hole in them.
Relieve fatigue in the foot bath and fish therapy pool. The water temperature of the foot bath is about 50°C, and the spring water can treat athlete's foot odor;
In the fish therapy pool, you can let the fish eat the dead skin on the soles of the feet, which has the effect of foot massage and foot beauty.

Tips:
1️⃣ About high reaction: pay attention not to exercise vigorously, so as not to trigger high reaction, Kangding Love Song (Mugecuo) Scenic Area is at an altitude of 2600-3780 meters, the vast majority of people will not produce high reaction, bold and careful tourists can bring their own rhodiola or oxygen cylinders.
2️⃣ About clothing: In the highland area, the climate is changeable, so it is recommended that you bring a thick jacket when you travel, just in case.
3️⃣ There may be locals herding cattle and sheep on the road from Kangding City to Kangding Love Song Scenic Area, so please do not chase or honk your horn.
4️⃣ Do a good job of sun protection measures, the scenic spot is located in the plateau area, the climate on the mountain is large, the ultraviolet rays are strong, prepare sunglasses to prevent snow reflection from stabbing the eyes, it is best to wear sunscreen clothing, apply sunscreen to prevent sunburn.
