On April 26, the "Gathering the Wisdom of the Jinniu Procuratorate and Escorting the Steady and Far-reaching Development of Enterprises" jointly sponsored by the People's Procuratorate of Jinniu District of Chengdu and the Management Committee of Chengdu Jinniu High-tech Industrial Park was held in the Satellite Internet (Beidou +) Industrial Park of Jinniu High-tech Park.
At the scene, the Jinniu District People's Procuratorate and the Jinniu High-tech Park Management Committee signed the "Inspection Park Co-construction Agreement", and unveiled the "Enterprise Compliance Construction Base" and "Procuratorate and Protection Enterprise Workstation". Employee representatives of more than 20 enterprises, including Huiji Food, CASCO, Weitai Hexin, Saide, and Zhongtu 3D, took the oath of integrity.
In recent years, Jinniu High-tech Park has introduced many high-level platform projects such as the national platform of the Western Transformation Center of Advanced Technology Achievements and the Sichuan Satellite Resource Center on the "main position" of the construction and strengthening of the park, focusing on the four characteristic industries of "heaven, earth and people" on the "main force" of the selected track, continuously expanding the 100-billion-level industrial development cluster, and building a high-quality development model of "science and technology + industry + finance" through financial empowerment and market-oriented operation in building the "main engine" of development. In order to help the development of enterprises, the Management Committee of Jinniu High-tech Park and the People's Procuratorate of Jinniu District have innovated pilot projects to jointly carry out the action of "procuratorial protection of enterprises and procuratorial services into the park", strengthen the linkage effect of "coordination between inspection and park", establish a rapid response mechanism for communication between inspection and park, and further optimize the legal business environment of the park.
In 2023, the Jinniu District Procuratorate issued the "Letter to Private Entrepreneurs" and the "List of Jinniu Procuratorial Assistance Enterprises". This year, the Jinniu District Procuratorate will fully fulfill its procuratorial responsibility to promote the development and growth of the private economy, deepen the communication and cooperation of the "inspection park", and hope to give full play to the role of the park management committee as a bridge, provide more procuratorial services for enterprises, effectively solve the difficulties and worries of enterprises in the jurisdiction, and help create a more fair, stable and transparent business environment based on the rule of law.
During the event, Hang Zhi of the Third Procuratorate Department of the People's Procuratorate of Jinniu District gave a lecture on the internal duty crimes and protection of rights and interests of private enterprises, analyzed the reasons and put forward opinions on the shortcomings and risks in the production and operation of enterprises, and put forward opinions to help enterprises improve rules and regulations and improve management systems.
