In order to effectively improve the fire fighting ability of high-rise buildings, further optimize the combat formation, and standardize the disposal procedures, recently, the full-service headquarters of the Dehong Prefecture Fire and Rescue Detachment organized Mangshi Menghuan Station, Airport Avenue Special Service Station and hotel miniature fire station to carry out high-rise building fire fighting and rescue familiarization drills.
In the process of familiarization, all the staff first inspected the building structure, functional layout and partition of the unit, fixed fire protection facilities and other conditions under the leadership of the person in charge of fire safety of the unit, and focused on testing the fixed fire hydrant, fire control room, pump room and other fire protection facilities inside the unit. Subsequently, the commander focused on the key links such as force deployment, personnel evacuation, on-site water supply, personnel search and rescue, and coordination and cooperation in high-rise fires.
Disaster Setting: A fire broke out in a guest room on the 10th floor of the hotel, and the fire spread rapidly to the surrounding area. After the fire, the person in charge of the hotel immediately organized the miniature fire station in accordance with the hotel's emergency plan for early disposal, and reported to the 119 command center, after the detachment received the alarm, the full-service command immediately launched the emergency response plan, and quickly dispatched 8 fire trucks and more than 40 commanders and fighters to the scene of Menghuan Station and Airport Avenue Special Service Station.
After the participating forces arrived at the scene, they quickly occupied the hotel's fire control room, activated the internal fire fighting facilities, and cut off the power supply. Tactical methods such as multi-point attack, section-by-section elimination, and combination of internal and external operations were adopted to carry out firefighting and rescue operations, and the entire exercise process was tense and orderly, and all participants cooperated tacitly to achieve the expected results.
After the exercise, the commander commented on the exercise, affirmed the effectiveness of the exercise, and also pointed out the problems and deficiencies in the course of the exercise, and stressed that in the next step of work, it will continue to organize the teams and stations under its jurisdiction to strengthen the drill of key units and constantly temper the ability of commanders and fighters to coordinate operations.
