The two sides were tense, and on the surface everyone agreed, Lai Qingde himself also had the will to come. But it was stuck on technical issues, and if Lai Qingde came, he would take a step back and establish a convention. After that, the newly appointed deputies of the people's will can let the leader of the Taiwan region report to the legislature, and the way to answer questions can be said to be a technical issue.
The Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) is focusing on technical issues, believing that it is necessary to safeguard Lai Qingde's dignity and hold on to technical issues. The opposition parties also insisted on technical issues to the end, so Lai Qingde was stuck in that place. In the Lee Teng-hui era, the Ma Ying-jeou era, and the Tsai Ing-wen era, all three wanted to go to the legislature. In addition, Chen Shui-bian also wants to go. And his main intention is to rub traffic and justify his corruption. Several of them have no deep ties with the legislature, except for Chen Shui-bian, at least he has served as a representative of the people's will.
However, Lai Qingde understands the political ecology of the legislature, and he has served as secretary general of the party caucus. At the same time, Lai Qingde also expressed his willingness to talk to the opposition parties, but he was stuck on technical issues. This kind of technical issue is precisely a political wrestling, and this kind of political wrestling is sometimes unreasonable, for example, whether he wants to write or not, he respects Lai Qingde's deliberations, anyway, he will definitely have a written speech, and the writing also involves the question of whether or not to perform off-script.
As for answering questions, whether it is a one-question and a one-answer or a comprehensive answer depends on the time of both parties, and these problems are not difficult to solve. But it will become a technical issue, and the problem of principle is because both sides want a stage, which is a kind of political wrestling. Frankly, Han Kuo-yu can come forward to negotiate with Lai Qingde in this regard. However, the Democratic Progressive Party disagreed, arguing that why raise Han Kuo-yu's political height. Therefore, the Taiwan region still has to quarrel over this issue. However, at least Lai Ching-de's visit can bring about the presence of the party chairmen of the three major parties, one listening on the second floor, and the other delivering a speech and report on the first floor, which can indirectly bring about reconciliation among the political parties in the Taiwan region.
The security council and the five major bills for the reform of the opposition parties are put there, and once Lai Qingde comes, there is a possibility that the crime of contempt mentioned by Ke Jianming will also exist. Of course, the legislature or the representatives of the people's will respect Lai Qingde, after all, they are all mature politicians.
As a matter of fact, Lai Ching-te can at least talk about these issues: the sustainable development of Taiwan's economy, energy policy, cross-strait policy, and US policy in Taiwan, that is, "the policy of China-US-Taiwan trilateral relations." The most important thing is that after Lai Qingde comes, the election of the leader of the Taiwan region can enter the legislature in accordance with this step. This question is no longer a problem, but a political showdown. If this kind of political showdown really continues, it will be a disservice to both the opposition parties and the ruling parties.
