Build a mechanism to attract "virtuous" and gather a team of village sages
The first is to visit "virtuous" talents. Mobilize retired teachers, rural doctors, returned overseas Chinese and other prestigious and enthusiastic village sages to divide responsibility areas with family affection as a link, assist the village "two committees" to resolve neighborhood disputes, and participate in grassroots governance. For example, after Lin Wenlu returned to his hometown after retirement, he took the lead in setting up the "Sunset Red" mediation team, which successfully resolved more than 20 conflicts and disputes, with a success rate of more than 95% in mediating conflicts, and became an important force in maintaining grassroots stability.
The third is to promote the co-creation of village finance. Improve the mechanism for integrating rural sages into rural construction, guide rural sages to return to entrepreneurship, participate in project construction, and promote the development of village-level collective economy.
