The ultra-long range of 1000km truly makes travel worry-free
The Shenxing PLUS battery can provide users with an ultra-long battery life of up to 1,000 kilometers, which is equivalent to driving from Beijing to Nanjing without needing to recharge halfway. With its super endurance, Shenxing PLUS can easily cope with the needs of daily commuting, intercity travel and long-distance travel, and the smooth driving radius of new energy vehicles has been greatly expanded.

Behind the "thousand-kilometer" pure electric endurance is a continuous breakthrough in technology. Shenxing PLUS adopts particle grading technology in the positive electrode, "putting each nanoparticle in the right place" to achieve ultra-high compaction density, and adding self-developed three-dimensional honeycomb-like material to the negative electrode to improve the energy density of the negative electrode, and effectively control the volume expansion during charging and discharging. At the same time, in terms of cell structure design, CATL has developed the industry's first integrated shell structure, which greatly improves the space utilization rate inside the battery cell and makes the energy density of the battery cell of Shenxing PLUS reach a new high. At the system level, the topology of the Shenxing PLUS battery is optimized on the basis of the third-generation module-less technology CTP 3.0, making full use of the energy bin space, and increasing the volumetric grouping efficiency by 7%. With the double breakthrough of materials and structure, the energy density of the Shenxing battery system broke through the 200Wh/kg mark for the first time, reaching 205Wh/kg, making it possible for the vehicle to have a range of more than 1000km.

600 kilometers of energy can be replenished in 10 minutes, which completely makes energy replenishment worry-free
Shenxing PLUS not only has a long battery life, but also charges quickly, and can replenish 600km of battery life in 10 minutes, far exceeding the industry level, and truly realizing the super energy replenishment speed of "1 km in 1 second". In order to achieve a leap in charging speed, Shenxing PLUS adopts technologies such as fast ionic conductor coating, transition metal doping, and new nano-coating, which makes the energy transfer between cathode and anode materials easier and more efficient. In addition, by expanding the overcurrent area and overcurrent capacity of the pole, it ensures rapid cooling even when charging at high currents. In terms of BMS core algorithms, the newly developed AI intelligent polarization model can estimate and control the charging current in real time, making energy replenishment faster and smarter.

In addition to the new high-performance battery products, CATL has officially launched the construction of the Shenxing supercharging network, which will build the largest supercharging service platform in China. CATL will work with outstanding partners in the industry, such as Huawei, Star Charging, Cloud Fast Charging, and Shudao New Energy, to provide the most convenient and affordable car experience for more car owners equipped with Shenxing Super Rechargeable Batteries. CATL will also launch the industry's first Shenxing Owners Club. Relying on the world's leading after-sales service system, CATL has more than 600 offline physical service stores, covering 31 provincial-level administrative regions and 271 prefecture-level cities, which will provide a full range of services such as roadside assistance, battery testing and maintenance for Shenxing car owners.
