This is located in Chaoqin Village, Qinshui Village, Mushan Township, Shanglin County, Shanglin County Baorong Ecological Breeding Farmers Professional Cooperative. In 2021, Lu Baorong, who was engaged in logistics work in Xiamen, Fujian Province, returned to his hometown Chaoqinzhuang, Qinshui Village, Mushan Township, relying on the advantages of local rich mountain resources and ecological advantages, and together with partners in the same village, he founded Shanglin County Baorong Ecological Breeding Farmers Professional Cooperative on August 29, 2022, with the main business of animal breeding, fruit planting, vegetable planting, etc., to develop the ecological breeding industry.

Lu Baorong did not understand professional breeding technology at first, but after continuous exploration and learning, Lu Baorong gradually figured out his own pig breeding method. "At the beginning, I tried to raise more than a dozen heads, but I didn't understand many questions, so I had to explore them by myself, asked the farmers in the village, and slowly learned pig raising techniques such as injecting pigs, and now I have raised more than 200 heads. ”

If you want to get rich, build roads first. When the farm was first built, the road leading to the mountain was still a mud road, and when it rained, the road became muddy, and transportation became a big problem. "Because I breed in the mountains, the road into the mountains is all dirt roads, which are easy to slip when it rains, and it is not convenient to transport. Later, with the help of the party committee and the government, this industrial road was built, the road surface was hardened, the transportation was convenient, and the cost was saved. Lu Baorong said happily.

Lu Baorong is a self-breeding and self-raising farmer, most of whom are wild boars, only sows and newborn piglets are raised in captivity, and other wild boars are usually stocked in the mountains. Because these wild boars are not fed feed, they mainly feed on wild vegetables and wild fruits on the mountain, and assist some green storage straw and corn, and are usually active in the mountains and forests, only in the evening, the wild boars are driven back to the pig house to feed and sleep. The growth cycle of the boar is more than twice as much as the captive pig, the slaughter time is about more than one and a half years, the boar that is stocked in this way has a large amount of exercise, rarely gets sick, the meat is delicious, the fragrance is rich, it has the advantages of high protein, high amino acids, low fat, low cholesterol, etc., it tastes fat but not greasy, and the aftertaste is endless, and it is deeply loved by consumers.

"Now I have built two pig sheds, one is used to raise sows, about 20 heads, and one is in the mountains, mainly used to raise wild pigs, about 100 pigs. Lu Baorong told reporters.

After several years of exploration and practice, Lu Baorong's professional ecological breeding farmer cooperative has also slowly developed. He said: "There are more than 20 sows here with a total of more than 400 litters a year, and it takes more than a year for the piglets to be slaughtered, so more than 300 pigs can be sold a year, and the total income is about 600,000 yuan." ”

As the scale of the cooperative gradually increased, Lu Baorong hired the surrounding villagers to work in the farm to help the villagers achieve employment at their doorstep. Luo Kexiu, a worker of the Baorong Ecological Breeding Farmers Cooperative in Shanglin County, said with emotion, "I came to work in July last year, with a salary of 2,100 yuan, and my daily work is mainly to feed pigs, do hygiene, and work at home to take care of parents and children." ”
