In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the education and teaching work of each school, accurately check the quality of teaching, check and fill in the gaps, dig out the bright spots, find out the ideas and methods to solve problems and improve the work, and promote the solid and effective development of the work of the school districts of the alliance, on April 24th and 25th, Li Qiang, Secretary of the General Party Branch of Sanyi Road Primary School in Mengcheng County, led a team to conduct research and guidance in various campuses, accompanied by Lu Lan, deputy secretary of the Party General Branch and principal of Sanyi Road Primary School.
Before the investigation, the survey consisted of five activity research groups such as Chinese, mathematics and general knowledge, including education and teaching, flag-raising ceremony, large recess, one-day code of conduct, high-quality and balanced, civilization creation, reading, party building, teacher ethics and teacher style construction, labor education and other school work development and implementation.
During the investigation, after the stage of randomly pushing the door to listen to the class and the demonstration class, the researchers of each subject actively organized special discussions with the lecturers and the teachers. During the seminar, they gave teaching guidance to the lecturers, deeply analyzed the problems at the subject level from teaching design to detailed processing, and provided solutions for the occurrence of problems, guiding the teachers' professional growth. At the same time, the researchers also put forward some current problems in the aspects of students' recess and club activities, and put forward feasible suggestions for promoting the development of this work in the future.
After the investigation, Li Qiang fully affirmed the work of education and teaching, flag-raising ceremony, large class break, club activities and other work in each campus, and pointed out that the good experience, good practices and deficiencies found in the survey should be carefully summarized and formed into groups to form a research report, so as to promote the overall improvement of the school's work. At the same time, he also hopes that all campuses can take this opportunity to continue to unite teachers and students, jointly improve the sense of innovation, create school characteristics and highlights, build high-quality and harmonious campuses, and promote the education and teaching work of the alliance campuses to a higher level.
