In order to help the majority of young people have an in-depth understanding of the historic achievements and historic changes made by the party and the country in the new era, understand the rich connotation of comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization, and encourage children to firmly listen to the party's words and follow the party's ideals and beliefs from an early age, and to be the builders and successors of the cause of socialist modernization, on April 26, Wangchenggang Primary School in Lu'an City organized the 31st Youth Patriotic Reading Education Storytelling Competition.
This storytelling competition is open to students in grades 4 to 6 at the school. The event was carried out in two phases. In the first stage, each class will organize and carry out its own selection of 1 outstanding player. In the second stage, the outstanding contestants recommended by each class will participate in the finals organized by the school.
After Tang Yuehua, the counselor of the school's brigade, made a clear and emphasized the relevant requirements of this competition, the competition began.
In the competition, the contestants from the fourth to sixth grades closely followed the theme of "forging ahead on a new journey and being a good successor", or talked eloquently, telling vivid and touching stories one after another; or eloquently, expressing their understanding and perception of the patriotic education book; or impassionedly, expressing their love for the party, patriotism, listening to the party, following the party, and determined to serve the motherland. The contestants were full of energy, generous and decent, clear and fluent in expression, full of confidence, and showed high storytelling literacy, leaving an unforgettable impression on the audience. The whole process of the competition was wonderful, the climax was repeated, and it won bursts of warm applause from time to time.
