1. Download it in the HUAWEI browser
2. Open the MT manager, find /download/browser in the left (right) directory, which contains the theme you downloaded, and then find it in the right (left) directory, open it, and find Huawei/Themes to move the downloaded theme here.
3. Open the Theme Store - Mine, and find the theme app that you just copied to the Huawei/Themes directory
Then install the file
Settings - Personalization - Themes as seen inside
