Recently, the central state organs in March and April batch centralized procurement results released, the purchase of 299 portable computers, a budget of 2.107 million yuan, the purchase of 2520 desktops, a budget of 13.05 million yuan.

In March this year, the Government Procurement Center of the Central State Organs issued the "Notice on Updating the Bulk Centralized Procurement Configuration Standards for Desktop Computers and Portable Computers of Central State Organs", which once again emphasized that the party and government organs and directly affiliated institutions above the township level should incorporate the CPU and operating system into the procurement requirements when purchasing desktop computers and portable computers.

But surprisingly, the localization of computers has not become the mainstream, desktop products are divided into seven packages, respectively purchase Loongson, Zhaoxin, Feiteng, Kunpeng, Haiguang and Shenwei five kinds of chips of computers, the seventh package is the use of Intel chips of traditional computers. As a result, the seventh package was 2,069 units, and the first six packages added up to less than 500 units, and the Shenwei chip computer with the least purchase volume was only 16 units, and no one responded to the bid at all.

Due to the purchase of domestic chip computers, the bid evaluation criteria have also changed a lot, CPU cache, memory slots, etc. have become scoring items, no matter what chip computer is purchased, the scoring criteria are the same.

FOR EXAMPLE, THE WAVE COMPUTER THAT WON THE BID IN THE FIRST PACKAGE USES A QUAD-CORE LOONGSON CPU WITH A FREQUENCY OF ONLY 2.3GHZ, WHILE THE AMD CHIP USED BY LENOVO HAS A FREQUENCY OF 3.9GHZ, WHICH IS VERY DIFFERENT.
