In order to further excavate the resources of characteristic boutique homestays in our district, promote the upgrading and healthy development of the tourism homestay industry in the whole district, and also let the homestays in Longting District "raised in the deep boudoir unknown to the people" enter the public eye. Scope of Entry
Tourist homestays that are operating normally in the whole district can apply for the election.
Selection Steps
1. Preliminary examination: Before May 5, the application materials (electronic form) will be submitted to the local township (office), and the township (office) will conduct the preliminary review.
The materials to be submitted for the preliminary examination are as follows:
(1) Each participating B&B needs to submit 3-5 pictures of the characteristics of the B&B in an all-round way, with more than 5M pictures;
(3) Provide a profile of the B&B, PPT or video;
(3) Provide relevant supporting materials and self-scoring forms according to the basic conditions.
2. Review
After the preliminary examination of each township (office), an expert review shall be conducted.
3. Assessment
According to the preliminary review and review, the first batch of listed units was selected based on the feedback from the 12345 mayor's hotline and the 12315 hotline.
Selection Rules
1. Surrounding environment: 10 points
Rural tourism homestays: have a good natural environment, high vegetation coverage, and excellent air quality;
City Tourist B&B: It has a good cultural environment, convenient transportation and beautiful environment
2. Transportation: 10 minutes
The traffic connection is smooth. The information of the guide sign is accurate, and the design is eye-catching and beautiful. There should be parking lots or self-equipped parking lots and charging piles in the surrounding area, and the capacity can meet the reception requirements.
3. Building decoration: 10 points
The building is in harmony with the surrounding environment, and it is appropriate to have Kaifeng cultural elements (Northern Song Dynasty culture, Yellow River culture, etc.). Interior and exterior decoration should be made of eco-friendly materials and highlight cultural themes.
4. Space layout: 10 points
Outdoor space, according to the service needs of the reasonable division of public facilities area, rest area, play area and other functional areas. Provide a beautiful outdoor leisure activity space, such as small vegetable garden, small garden and other micro-creativity, micro-transformation landscape sketches, etc. can be highly scored.
5. Rooms: 10 points
Scientific layout, color coordination, good sound insulation. The lighting is sufficient, the transparency is good, and the curtains have a good shading effect. Furniture and supplies should be placed reasonably, beautifully and practically.
6. Public activity area: 10 points
There is a reception area and a reception desk, which is well equipped. The indoor public activity area is well ventilated, with cooling and heating equipment. Full coverage of wireless network and stable signal.
7. Service quality identification: 10 points
B&B operators should provide customers with high-quality services in terms of reservation services, room services, travel services, reception services, and check-out services, and carry out effective management in terms of service meal design, personnel management, hygiene management, and customer personal and property safety.
8. Business services: 10 points
The content of the service item shall be publicized and clearly marked. 24-hour room reservation is available, and a variety of reservation and payment methods are supported. Provide fast and accurate check-in, check-out and check-out services. Provide sales services for Kaifeng special gifts, cultural and creative products, special agricultural products and handicrafts. B&B operators take the initiative to integrate into the "most favored guests in Longting" and provide civilized services.
9. Marketing promotion: 10 points
Measures and services to maintain good customer relationships. Establish new media marketing channels to release and update dynamic information in a timely manner. Actively participate in the publicity and marketing activities of industry authorities, industry associations and other organizations.
10. Cultural atmosphere: 10 points
B&Bs can reflect outstanding cultural connotations and bring high-quality cultural experiences to tourists. There are Song cultural experiences, Yellow River cultural displays, and red cultural elements and characteristics that can be scored highly.
11. Bonus points
Those who have undertaken various types of observation activities (at or above the municipal level) will be given 1 point for each time they undertake.
12. Demerit (or rejection):
If the complaint causes a negative impact, 2 points will be deducted for each complaint (12345 mayor hotline or 12315 platform)
If there is fraud in the selection process, the qualification will be cancelled.
Awards
(A) to obtain the first batch of "Longting Meisu" in Longting District of the title of units, to be awarded;
(2) The units that have won the title of the first batch of "Longting Meisu" in Longting District will be included in the key units for the promotion of cultural tourism in Longting District;
(3) For the units that have won the title of the first batch of "Longting Beauty Accommodation" in Longting District, priority will be given to recommending and rating tourist homestays.
