Deepen the joint construction of village enterprises and standardize operations to increase income. Actively coordinate and follow up to improve infrastructure. Further optimize the road environment around the village, increase the investigation of water and electricity and other supporting facilities, coordinate the maintenance of 55 street lights, renovate 85 tap water meters, and add 67 fire-fighting equipment. Plan a new development plan for coal mining subsidence land, take the subsidence land of the old village site of East Guxia Village and West Guxia Village as the center, plan the subsidence land in a unified manner, gradually clean up the traditional water surface aquaculture, and improve economic and social benefits.

Promote land circulation. In view of the current situation that there are many debt disputes in some first secretary villages, we will coordinate the hiring of two professional lawyers to inquire about the specific situation of the village, gradually resolve relevant problems, and provide legal guarantees for the development of villages. In some of the first secretary villages, we have set up consultation halls to create consultation halls where "the masses say things, do things in a timely manner, and discuss things democratically", change "village affairs" into "our own affairs", and change "cadres to do things" to "everyone does it together", and effectively listen to public opinions, gather people's wisdom, and solve people's worries through the council hall.
