"One Hundred Years of China" was written by disabled writer Zhu Huixin in 2021 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of the Communist Party of China.
During the event, Zhu Huixin told the students about his self-improvement, dedication to creation, and his dedication to spreading and developing the culture of his hometown, despite his physical disability. "Mr. Zhu's story is very inspiring, and I will cherish everything I have now in the future, study harder, and serve the motherland. The students said one after another.
It is reported that Zhu Huixin has suffered from polio since he was a child, his left leg is disabled, and he needs to rely on crutches to walk. Although he has limited mobility, he still writes and publishes many news and literary works such as news, speeches, essays, and novels with tenacious perseverance. As one of the members of the Xun preaching inspirational lecturer group in our district, Zhu Huixin has insisted on writing and preaching by himself for many years, and has given more than 100 voluntary lectures for the rural people. He also visited the school many times to encourage students to love their hometown and study diligently...... Zhu Huixin is good at interpreting "big policies" with "things around him", expounding "big truths" with "small stories", transmitting the party's voice to the front line of the grassroots in a way that the masses like to see, reporting newcomers and new things with a warm and upright attitude, participating in social activities with an optimistic and sunny attitude, and sending spiritual food to the people.
