The press conference publicly released the "three guidelines and two platforms" for trade secret protection jointly produced and developed by the Third Branch of the Municipal Inspection Institute and the Market Bureau of the Economic Development Zone, namely the "Guidelines for the Self-Protection of Trade Secret Enterprises", "Guidelines for the Protection of Rights of Trade Secret Enterprises", "Guidelines for the Norms for Administrative Law Enforcement of Trade Secrets" and "Cloud Platform for Enterprise Trade Secret Self-inspection" and "Secret Consultant" applets. The information barriers of judicial organs provide a solution to improve the mechanism for connecting the execution of criminal cases involving trade secrets. The "three guidelines and two platforms" enable enterprises to realize the detection of trade secret protection level and risk point analysis without leaving home, and put forward preventive measures and rights protection guidelines for enterprises, and at the same time integrate a number of convenient functions such as finding experts, checking regulations, reading cases, reading information, making suggestions, and finding departments, so that enterprises can timely check and fill gaps through "pre-diagnosis", quickly protect rights through "triage", and solve difficult problems through "consultation".

Based on the city's position of centralized jurisdiction over technical intellectual property criminal cases, the Intellectual Property Procuratorate Office has been established to actively build an intellectual property procuratorial work mechanism system with the characteristics of the three branches. Since the beginning of this year, the Third Branch Court has focused on the protection of enterprise trade secrets and made a breakthrough in smoothing the path of enterprise rights protection, which has effectively promoted the overall improvement of intellectual property prosecution work. In particular, in terms of strengthening cooperation with the intellectual property administrative department, the Municipal Procuratorate has thoroughly implemented the deployment requirements of the Municipal Procuratorate on "actively serving the construction of the National Intellectual Property Protection Demonstration Zone in Binhai New Area", fully supported the Binhai High-tech Zone and the Economic Development Zone to build a national pilot area for trade secret protection and innovation, and jointly created a model of cooperation between the government and the procuratorate to improve the efficiency of intellectual property protection.
