Subsidy standard
After the applicant passes all the review processes, the subsidy will be given according to the type and price of the car purchased (subject to the price excluding tax on the uniform invoice for motor vehicle sales). Among them, new energy vehicles refer to new energy vehicles that can be licensed on the vehicle management institute (green plate), and fuel vehicles refer to fuel vehicles that can be listed on the vehicle management institute with a blue plate. During the event, individual consumers (regardless of the licensed area) who purchase new non-operating passenger cars (excluding second-hand cars) with less than 7 seats (inclusive) and complete the license plate will be subsidized according to the tax-exclusive price of the newly purchased car (referring to the tax-exclusive price of the vehicle on the "Unified Sales Invoice for Motor Vehicles").
Trade-in subsidy
During the event, individual consumers who scrap or transfer non-operating passenger cars registered before April 15, 2024 (excluding those days) and registered in their own names, and meet the conditions for the purchase of new cars in the above conditions, can apply for the trade-in subsidy superimposed, and consumers are requested to keep the relevant voucher photos for the subsidy before completing the trade-in.
Scrapped vehicles refer to the non-operating passenger cars under the name of enterprises with scrapped motor vehicle recycling qualifications in Nanjing according to the relevant provisions of the "Measures for the Management of Scrapped Motor Vehicle Recycling and its Implementation Rules", and obtain a valid "Scrapped Motor Vehicle Recycling Certificate" and "Motor Vehicle Cancellation Certificate". The scrapping date of the vehicle should be after April 15, 2024 (inclusive) (subject to the delivery time marked on the "Scrapped Motor Vehicle Recycling Certificate"), and all cancellation registration procedures have been completed.
The transfer of vehicles refers to the transfer of the ownership of non-operational passenger cars under the name of an individual in Nanjing (excluding change of registration), and a valid "Uniform Invoice for Second-hand Car Sales" is obtained, and the date of transfer of the vehicle should be after April 15, 2024 (inclusive) (subject to the issuance date of the "Uniform Invoice for Second-hand Car Sales"), and all transfer registration procedures shall be completed.
Car purchase subsidy process
After the applicant completes the whole process of vehicle registration and vehicle registration procedures, and obtains the "Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate" and "Motor Vehicle Driving License", he can apply for the new car purchase subsidy, and he can apply for the trade-in subsidy after completing the entire trade-in process.
After the preliminary review is passed, the final review will be completed before August 31, and if the review is completed in advance, it will be announced separately.
Applicants who have passed the preliminary examination but have not passed the final review will receive a text message reminder and have a chance to modify the materials, which can be modified within 72 hours, please keep an eye on the application status, and if the complete and valid materials are not submitted within the time limit, they will be deemed to have given up their eligibility to apply for this subsidy, and the previously locked amount will be re-released.
The final list will be publicized for 5 working days, and a special audit will be carried out after there is no objection to the publicity.

3. The district and the name of the enterprise where the car purchase is located (the relevant information is subject to the list of enterprises).
4. The car purchase deposit voucher that can clearly see the transaction date, transaction store and transaction amount. Including POS receipts, bank transfer vouchers, deposit contracts stamped with the official seal of automobile sales enterprises, screenshots of deposit payment pages with order numbers or other legally valid deposit vouchers, handwritten receipts and deposit vouchers are not within the scope of this subsidy declaration.
5. The "Uniform Invoice for Motor Vehicle Sales" obtained when purchasing a car contract and a new car (the first "invoice copy" issued by the sales enterprise, the car purchase invoice must be issued for the first time by the person, and the subsidy qualification for re-issued or forged car purchase invoices will not be recognized).
6. The registered new vehicle driving license, the vehicle number plate number and the front and back photos of the vehicle with the official license plate of the motor vehicle have been hung.

Precautions for declaration
1. The date of signing the car purchase contract, the date of the car purchase deposit voucher and the date of the car purchase invoice are all after April 15, 2024 (inclusive), and the date of the car purchase invoice is not earlier than the date of signing the car purchase contract and the date of the car purchase deposit voucher.
2. The applicant, the purchaser, the vehicle owner, the uniform invoice for the sale of motor vehicles, the vehicle driving license, the recovery certificate of the scrapped motor vehicle and the cancellation certificate of the motor vehicle (belonging to the scrapped old car), the uniform invoice for the sale of second-hand vehicles (for the transfer of the old car) and the bank account name must belong to the same person, of which the uniform invoice for the sale of motor vehicles and the uniform invoice for the sale of second-hand cars (for the transfer of old cars) shall be issued in Nanjing.
3. If you apply for the "trade-in" subsidy superimposed, please pay attention to take photos and keep the photos of the relevant pages of the original "Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate" before the vehicle is scrapped and after the transfer, so as not to affect the subsequent subsidy application.
4. The applicant should upload the materials in strict accordance with the standards and requirements, and carefully check to ensure the accuracy of the information, so as to avoid problems such as wrong format, card number or blurred image that cannot pass the review or the subsidy funds cannot be received.
5. The applicant shall be responsible for the completeness and authenticity of the application materials. 6. Valid identity documents refer to valid documents such as resident ID card, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents, and Passport for Foreigners.

Automobile sales enterprises shall accurately introduce to consumers the application of the vehicles sold to these Implementing Rules, and those who mislead and deceive consumers or maliciously collude to defraud subsidies will be held accountable in accordance with law and recommended to be included in the integrity blacklist.
9. The name of the car purchasing enterprise in the invoice information needs to be consistent with the name of the above-mentioned enterprise, such as the invoice of the branch, the invoice information needs to reflect the name of the head office consistent with the name of the enterprise in the activity list.
10. To the extent permitted by law, the organizer has the right to amend the terms and conditions, suspend or cancel this event. By participating in this event, car sales companies and consumers are deemed to understand and agree to the rules of the event.
