The content of the work collection activity
(1) Participants
This event is open to students from colleges and universities in the city and the latest graduates. (The number of authors of each work shall not exceed 3, and the number of entries is not limited)
(2) The time for collecting works
April 25, 2024 to June 30, 2024
(3) Methods of soliciting works
Through the "Jiangning Culture, Sports and Tourism", "Jiangning Release", "Wei Jiangning", Nanjing Daily, Dragon and Tiger Network, Nanjing Traffic Radio Station and the WeChat public accounts of major colleges and universities in Nanjing, the joint prize collection was solicited.
(4) Award allocation
In each competition category, the first, second, third prizes and outstanding awards are set up, and the specific rewards are set as follows:
1. LOGO design collection:
First Prize (2 winners): Award certificate and RMB 3,000 award;
Second Prize (4 winners): Award certificate and RMB 2,000;
Third Prize (6 winners): Award certificate and RMB 1,000;
2. Slogan collection:
First Prize (2 winners): Award certificate and RMB 2,000 award;
Second Prize (4 winners): Award certificate and RMB 1,000;
Third Prize (6 winners): Award certificate and RMB 500;
Excellence Award (20 winners each): A certificate of award will be awarded and a gift worth RMB 300 will be given.
(5) Requirements for entries
The work must be original, must not infringe any intellectual property rights, and meet the registration conditions of the national industrial and commercial department, otherwise it shall bear all legal responsibilities and compensate for the losses suffered thereby. No personal or identifying information may appear in the submission. The work shall not violate national laws, regulations, rules and other provisions.
1. Solicitation of LOGO design
(1) The appearance and color of the LOGO design works are not limited, and the design should closely follow the theme of Jiangning's cultural heritage, sportsmanship and tourism resources, and integrate the unique charm and characteristics of Jiangning;
(2) The work should be exquisitely conceived, creative and novel, recognizable, with strong visual impact and intuitive overall beauty;
(3) The electronic draft of the LOGO design shall be submitted with color renderings, and its resolution shall not be less than 300dpi (pixels/inch). The image format should be JPG or TIF. At the same time, vector files in CDR or AI format are also required to ensure the clarity and editability of the logo on different media;
(4) Each work should be accompanied by a text description of about 200 words to explain the design ideas, concepts and meanings of the LOGO.
2. Solicitation of propaganda slogans
(1) The slogan of this solicitation should fully reflect the characteristic charm and spiritual connotation of Jiangning's culture, sports and tourism;
(2) The slogan should be clear in theme, concise and loud, novel and chic, catchy, easy to remember, easy to disseminate, positive, and has not been used publicly, and the number of words should be controlled within 15 words;
(3) Each group of participants can submit up to 10 slogans. When submitting your slogan, you should include a brief creative description explaining the design and charm of the slogan.
(6) Submission method
Contestants need to submit the registration form (see the attached table at the end of the article) and the electronic version of the integrated compressed file of the entry to the designated mailbox: [email protected] before 24:00 on June 15, 2024, and the naming method is [Jiangning Cultural Tourism IP Solicitation + Solicitation Category + Author's Name + Mobile Phone Number].
(7) Selection stage
July 15, 2024 to July 30, 2024
Based on the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness, the judging committee formulates evaluation criteria and scoring rules based on originality, artistry, practicability, marketability and representativeness.
The organizer will set up the organizing committee of the competition, and hire authoritative experts and scholars in the industry to form a competition review committee to review the entries.
The evaluation method is divided into two parts: online preliminary evaluation and on-site re-evaluation. The online preliminary evaluation will be completed by the organizer, and the on-site re-evaluation will be completed by the evaluation committee before July 30.
(8) Award stage
September 2024
The organizing committee will award the selected authors with a certificate and a bonus (the specific time and method will be notified separately), and announce it to the public through the "Jiangning Cultural and Sports Tourism", "Jiangning Release" and "Wei Jiangning" WeChat public account.
(9) Description of the competition
The evaluation of the exhibited works will be organized by the organizing committee of the competition and a jury composed of experts for evaluation.
The competition does not charge any registration fee, and the intellectual property rights of the entries belong to the author, but the author agrees that the organizer has the right to copy, use, promote, dock, publish, etc., and can display and disseminate the entries in any form and carry out derivative landing and sale without any charge.
All entries are original works of the authors. Those suspected of plagiarism, infringement, imitation, imitation of other people's works will be cancelled, once found, their participation and award qualifications will be cancelled, and any legal disputes or responsibilities caused by the participating units and individuals shall be borne by themselves.
Authors who submit their works for evaluation shall be deemed to have confirmed and complied with the provisions of the Call for Papers, and the unfinished matters shall be separately agreed upon by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of this competition.
