At the same time, the Technology Trading Conference further highlights its global, cutting-edge and practical nature, bringing together more than 6,000 innovative projects from more than 40 countries and regions.

At the plenary session of the 2024 Zhongguancun Forum on the morning of the 25th, Aaron Ciechanover, winner of the 2004 Nobel Prize in Chemistry, foreign academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and foreign academician of the National Academy of Sciences, Yan Ning, founding president of the Shenzhen Academy of Medical Sciences, director of the Shenzhen Bay Laboratory, and chair professor of Tsinghua University, and Stephen Perry, honorary chairman of the 48 Group Club in the United Kingdom and winner of the China Reform Friendship Medal Lei Jun, founder and chairman of Xiaomi Group, and Piero Scaruffi, president of the Silicon Valley Institute of Artificial Intelligence and author of "A Century of Silicon Valley", gave speeches.

Lei Jun: The number of orders for Xiaomi Auto SU7 has exceeded 75,700 units, and 100,000 units will be delivered this year

This morning, Lei Jun, founder and chairman of Xiaomi Group, who just gave a speech from the Beijing Auto Show, then "rushed" to participate in the 2024 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Meeting.

At the plenary meeting, Lei Jun disclosed that as of April 24, the number of Xiaomi car lock orders exceeded 75,723 units, and 5,781 units had been delivered within 28 days of release. He stressed that Xiaomi is making every effort to expand its production capacity, planning to deliver more than 10,000 units per month in June, and plans to complete the delivery target of 100,000 units throughout the year.

Lei Jun, Yan Ning, and Yau Chengtong gathered at the 2024 Zhongguancun Forum, and cutting-edge innovative technologies such as AI and brain-computer interface became the focus

Lei Jun said that Xiaomi is a native of Zhongguancun enterprise, when it was founded in 2010, he and his friends drank a bowl of millet porridge and started a business in a very small office.

"At that time, we wondered if we could make good products that touched people's hearts and were reasonably priced, so that everyone in the world could enjoy the beautiful life brought by technology. Zhongguancun is really a very magical place, a small company with more than a dozen people was founded with the world in mind at the beginning, hoping to do the global market. Therefore, I sometimes think that it is the spirit of Zhongguancun that has allowed generations of Zhongguancun people to continue to innovate and work hard, and a series of world-class companies have been born. Lei Jun said.

Lei Jun pointed out in his speech that in the past 14 years, Xiaomi has been very lucky to catch up with the mobile Internet wave. In just 9 years, Xiaomi has become the youngest Fortune 500 company in the world, and the group's revenue will reach 328.3 billion yuan in 2021.

"Of course, in the course of these 14 years, we have also experienced a lot of storms, a lot of setbacks, the first setback was in 2015, 2016, our performance stagnated for two years, the second is the past three years affected by the global economic environment, we entered a negative growth for up to 6 quarters. Of course, these setbacks give us the opportunity to reflect on our own shortcomings, build a solid foundation, and strengthen our body. Since the second half of last year, Xiaomi has resumed double-digit growth, so what is the reason for our growth? On the occasion of Xiaomi's 10th anniversary, we conducted a 6-month review and summary. We are more and more convinced that only by continuously increasing investment in R&D and constantly focusing on core technologies can we have a chance to prosper. Lei Jun said.

Lei Jun disclosed that in the next five years, Xiaomi's R&D investment will exceed 100 billion yuan. From 3.2 billion R&D in 2017, to 19.1 billion last year, R&D investment is expected to reach 24 billion this year.

"The continuous increase in high R&D investment has enabled Xiaomi's overall competitiveness to increase unprecedentedly. Lei Jun stressed that Xiaomi should adhere to the long-term selection of technologies with long-term value for human civilization and adhere to long-term investment. And Xiaomi has refreshed the goal of the new decade, and the new goal in the future is to become the leader of the world's new generation of hard-core technology. Xiaomi should change from the mode innovation, application innovation, and scenario innovation of the Internet to the innovation of hard-core technology.

Subsequently, Lei Jun believes that there are two opportunities that will greatly affect the future of Xiaomi Group.

First, intelligent manufacturing.

At the same time, in March this year, Xiaomi's investment of more than 5 billion yuan in the automobile factory officially landed, and this factory uses more than 700 robots, and the key processes are 100% automated, including quality inspection is also 100% online automatic detection, so as to achieve efficient growth. Moreover, Xiaomi is carbon neutral as a whole, and absolutely guarantees carbon reduction and coverage of solar facilities.

Lei Jun emphasized, "This is definitely the world's most advanced technology in the field of international manufacturing." ”

"The establishment of a benchmark smart factory in Beijing is of great significance to the development of new industrialization in Beijing. Intelligent factory for the entire Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration of the industrial ecology has a very big drive, an automobile factory can at least drive 5-6 times the surrounding industries, because many large pieces need to achieve 50 kilometers around the supporting, education, information platform will appear; Lei Jun said.

Lei Jun, Yan Ning, and Yau Chengtong gathered at the 2024 Zhongguancun Forum, and cutting-edge innovative technologies such as AI and brain-computer interface became the focus

The second opportunity is smart cars.

Lei Jun said that in the entire ten years of electric vehicle development, everyone knows that the first half is electrified and the second half is "intelligent". And "intelligence" is the soul of the car, it also happens to be the biggest competitiveness of Zhongguancun, and it is also a mechanism for Xiaomi to base itself on the intelligent automotive industry.

"The official release of Xiaomi Auto on March 28 has only been 28 days until today, and these 28 days are extremely long for me. In just 28 days, we have also received strong support from consumers and users, and I would like to report to you that after 28 days, 75,600 vehicles were locked, and more than 5,700 SU7 were delivered. We have also pledged to deliver 100,000 vehicles this year, and we will do our best. Lei Jun said.

Lei Jun stressed that Xiaomi cars have just begun, and there are still very long goals. Xiaomi has a great heart and hopes to become a well-known automobile company in China through 15 to 20 years of hard work and contribute to the rise of China's automobile industry.

"I am especially grateful for the fertile soil of Beijing, if it were not for Beijing, I don't think Xiaomi Auto would have achieved such results, and it would not have been born. I think that the 'Zhongguancun Spirit' is worthy of being passed on from generation to generation and carried forward. I believe that through the efforts of generations of inheritors, Zhongguancun will definitely become the Zhongguancun of the world. Lei Jun said at the end of his speech.

Yan Ning: Structure determines function, and the essence of understanding life phenomena is structural biology

Yan Ning, Founding Dean of Shenzhen Academy of Medical Sciences, Director of Shenzhen Bay Laboratory, and Chair Professor of Tsinghua University, attended the 2024 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference for the first time.

Lei Jun, Yan Ning, and Yau Chengtong gathered at the 2024 Zhongguancun Forum, and cutting-edge innovative technologies such as AI and brain-computer interface became the focus

Yan Ning

Yan Ning said that since the time of wisdom, human beings have been endlessly understanding, exploring, and transforming the world, and how do we explore the world? Before we had tools, we mainly relied on our senses, such as sight, touch, taste, hearing, and smell. It is estimated that 85% of this information is achieved through vision, so there is a saying that seeing is believing. Of course, we now know that seeing is not necessarily believing. However, the grandeur of the universe and the subtlety of the particles far exceed the limits of our own senses. Therefore, human beings continue to develop tools, and in fact, the invention and use of tools is also one of the important characteristics that distinguishes human beings from other animals.

"We ask, we're so obsessed with probing, exploring, seeing the world. I think colleagues in many fields would probably agree on these six words: structure determines function. A single carbon element, a single carbon atom has created such a complex world. Yan Ning said that to understand the structure of this life phenomenon from the atomic and molecular levels, and to understand the essence of life phenomena, is structural biology.

It is reported that Yan Ning was born in Zhangqiu, Jinan, Shandong Province in November 1977, graduated from the Department of Biological Science and Technology of Tsinghua University with a bachelor's degree in 2000, received a doctorate degree from the Department of Molecular Biology of Princeton University in 2004, and continued postdoctoral research in the department; in 2007, he was hired by the School of Medicine of Tsinghua University as a professor and doctoral supervisor, became a tenured professor in 2012, and became a Bayer chair professor in 2013. From 2017 to 2022, he was hired by Princeton University as the first Shirley Tillman tenured professor. In December 2022, he was appointed as a chair professor of Tsinghua University and the founding dean of Shenzhen Academy of Medical Sciences. In March 2023, he was hired as the director of Shenzhen Bay Laboratory.

Yan Ning has been engaged in the research of the structure and mechanism of transmembrane transport proteins for a long time, and has revealed the atomic-resolution structure of a series of transmembrane proteins with important physiological and pathological significance, such as human glucose transporters, eukaryotic voltage-gated sodium ion channels and calcium ion channels, for the first time in the world, providing a molecular basis for understanding the pathogenesis of related diseases and drug development. At present, he is mainly engaged in the research and development of pain pathogenesis and drug development.

In 2013, cryo-EM, which has been sitting on a cold bench, has made a breakthrough and experienced a revolution in resolution, which makes it more difficult for us to analyze the structure of biological macromolecules. "If you make an analogy, it is from climbing Mount Everest in the past to climbing Mount Tai today. ”

In 2009, with the strong support of Yan Ning, Shi Yigong, Wang Zhixin, Sui Senfang, and the National Protein Infrastructure, Beijing Advanced Center for Structural Biology, and Beijing Frontier Center for Biological Structure, the first 300 kV cryo-EM microscope in Asia was installed, becoming the first batch of beneficiaries of the technological revolution (X-ray crystal diffraction), and obtaining a large number of biological macromolecular structures with important influence and important physiological and pathological functions. For example, the structure of the spliceosome, which was analyzed in 2005, appeared on the cover of the classic international biochemistry textbook in 2007. Structural biology has also shown great help, and Yan Renhong, Ph.D. from Tsinghua University, was a postdoctoral fellow at Westlake University in early 2020, and immediately analyzed the fine structure of the new coronavirus invasion host, so that we can understand its progress process and provide assistance for subsequent antibody development. In the years that followed, the use of structures to aid drug development became a general trend.

Yan Ning emphasized that using structure to help the development of new drugs has always been one of the important dreams of structural biologists. With the breakthrough of cryo-EM technology and AI technology, this dream has finally been given wings. Using AI to empower and leverage a huge library of structures for drug design is no longer an empty talk. Professor David Baker, the corresponding author on the cover of the recent journal Science, led a pharmaceutical company led by him has received a $1 billion investment to help develop new AI drugs.

"It's also an interpretation of technology changing the world, innovation making life better, and building a better world. Yan Ning pointed out that when AI can predict structures in an endless stream, we look back and find that there are still a large number of molecules in the living world that are powerless. For example, small DARAs, metabolites, especially a large number of sugars and esters, called "dark matter", really vividly describe the current situation that we are powerless to do with the large number and number of molecular substances of life. "Imagine if we can effectively and closely monitor this dark matter world, maybe we may be able to find new molecular markers of physiology and pathology to help people's lives and health. ”

So, how to explore dark matter? Yan Ning pointed out that this is a research focus of the Shenzhen Academy of Medical Sciences and the Shenzhen Bay Laboratory. "Here, we have preliminarily built a modern public experimental platform and translational center, which shows that we have the only ultra-high-volume drug screening system in South China, which can screen 150,000 compounds per day. At the same time, we also have modern biomedical incubators. ”

Yan Ning emphasized that relying on the Shenzhen Academy of Medical Sciences and the Shenzhen Bay Laboratory, she can effectively break down barriers, shorten the communication channels between scientific research, clinical and industry, and truly help scientific research, so that the most valuable wealth and talents can realize their greatest value here.

"From 2007 to 2017, I lived in Zhongguancun and experienced its development and changes. Now I live in a place called Guangming Science City in Shenzhen, and I am also witnessing and participating in how a new city welcomes talents from all over the world with an innovative attitude, a fearless spirit of exploration and an international open vision. We hope to work with you to build an Oriental Greater Bay Area of biomedicine, build it into an international center of science, education, exchange and transformation, and create a better world with you. Yan Ning said at the end of his speech.

Aaron Cechanover: Science and technology can solve the problems of population ageing and personalized medicine

Aaron Ciechanover, a 2004 Nobel laureate in chemistry and a foreign academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, said in his speech that the use of science and technology can promote issues such as anti-cancer, gene sequencing, population aging, and personalized medicine.

Lei Jun, Yan Ning, and Yau Chengtong gathered at the 2024 Zhongguancun Forum, and cutting-edge innovative technologies such as AI and brain-computer interface became the focus

"If society is going to solve all kinds of problems, science is the only way for us to do it. As the number of population ages continues to grow, the number of people over the age of 60 has almost doubled from 12 percent to 22 percent, Ciechanover said. Therefore, this aging will be accompanied by some aging diseases such as regenerative diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and Alzheimer's, and society needs to solve related diseases through science and technology.

At the same time, Cechanovo also talked about personalized medicine in particular. He believes that bacteria, cells, and genetic changes are different for everyone. Different people have different diseases, and even the same disease can react differently in different individuals. For example, the same cancer may manifest itself in more than 20 different people, so the next revolution in medicine is the individualization of what Leno Yi Hood calls "4P" medicine.

Lei Jun, Yan Ning, and Yau Chengtong gathered at the 2024 Zhongguancun Forum, and cutting-edge innovative technologies such as AI and brain-computer interface became the focus

"We want to sequence the genes of each person and individualize medicine for each person according to his specific situation. We can do genetic sequencing, we can have more foresight, what kind of diseases he will have in the future. Therefore, our medicine is also preventive. And with the human dimension in mind, we also need to involve the patient in the decision-making process of the entire medical treatment. Cechanovo stressed that all of us have been advancing science for the past 100 years, and we will continue to do so in the future, not just to address ageing.

Piero Sgarufi: AI is not human intelligence, and we need to study trustworthy AI in the future

Piero Scaruffi, president of the Silicon Valley Institute of Artificial Intelligence and author of "A Century of Silicon Valley", said in his speech that AI is not human intelligence, and we need to study technologies such as customized models, AI with low computing power, and trusted AI in the future.

Lei Jun, Yan Ning, and Yau Chengtong gathered at the 2024 Zhongguancun Forum, and cutting-edge innovative technologies such as AI and brain-computer interface became the focus

Sgaruffi believes that from 1972 to the present, the development of computers and AI has experienced three important points in time to promote the progress of AI: one is that IBM's Deep Blue defeated the chess champion in 1997, the second is that the AlphaGo robot defeated the Go champion, and the third is OpenAI's GPT, behind which Google released the Transformer architecture in 2017, and OpenAI, an AI company, was founded.

"The main driver behind these is the big data, so the data is very important for the advancement of AI technology. Sgaruffi said.

Sgaruffi admits that open source technology has obvious effects, and it is very important for many people to do various experiments on AI, and it is not particularly expensive. In addition, the breakthrough thinking of AI R&D talents is also an important driving factor for AI development.

Lei Jun, Yan Ning, and Yau Chengtong gathered at the 2024 Zhongguancun Forum, and cutting-edge innovative technologies such as AI and brain-computer interface became the focus

Piero Sgaruffi

But at the same time, AI technology also faces some shortcomings, and Sgaruffi points out four points:

  • One is that AI is not human intelligence, our brains consume only 20 watts of power, and generative AI consumes millions of watts of electricity. It has different computing power and different neural nodes. And the complexity of neurons in our brains is much more complex than the neurons in the middle of AI.
  • The second is that we are in the middle of a physical world, we can move, we can reach, and we can perceive the world with various senses.
  • The third is natural learning. The human learning method is a trial-and-error approach, such as touching hot water and knowing that it is hot and not touching it again, while AlphaGo is formed by constantly accumulating a large amount of data.
  • Fourth, there will be hallucinations, and sometimes there are some cases where the symbolized AI will not hallucinate.

Looking to the future, Sgaruffi emphasized that as AI technology continues to evolve, AI will become more useful and realistic in five ways in the future: first, customized models, second, low-computing AI, third, multimodal, fourth, trustworthy AI, and fifth, humanoid robots.

"Humanoid robots are also a very hot field. For a long time, I was reluctant to put some pictures of humanoid robots in the middle of my presentations, because I have seen many demonstrations of humanoid robots, which can jump, and can do many other things, but in fact, I think it has no use. Now, using the GPT model, we've made humanoid robots more realistic. For example, in a small factory, a real factory, let's open a real factory that uses robots. Sgaruffi said at the end of his speech.

Stephen Perry: China has truly revived

Stephen Petty, honorary president of the 48 Group Club in the UK and winner of the China Reform Friendship Medal, is not a scientist, so his speech at the conference focused on his own stories of China's social and economic development.

Lei Jun, Yan Ning, and Yau Chengtong gathered at the 2024 Zhongguancun Forum, and cutting-edge innovative technologies such as AI and brain-computer interface became the focus

Stephen Perry

In fact, as early as the 1950s, a group of British visionaries, including Stephen Perry's father, Jack Perry, initiated the formation of 48 group clubs and led business leaders to China, breaking the trade embargo, hence the name "icebreaker".

"I was 15 years old at the time, it was a summer vacation, and I was working in my father's warehouse, and my Chinese friend Liang Dong said that the work I did was labor. In 1955, a special friend of my father, who was Chinese, came to my house from Beijing and asked me in fluent English if I knew anything about China. At that time, I would live with my father in many parts of China for a while, and at that time, people were living in poverty, and every time he came back, he would cry bitterly because of it, and he asked me if you would like to hear a story about how Chinese people are not afraid of difficulties and persevere. At that time, I said I wanted to hear it, and he told the story of Yugong moving mountains. My understanding is that Yugong didn't just want to move mountains, but persevered in moving mountains. At that time, I deeply remembered the fable of China. The Chinese people have the perseverance and determination to change the destiny of the country, and through the many stories about China told me by my father and Dr. Qi, I learned about the misfortunes of the Chinese people and their firm determination to create a better life for their own people. Stephen Perry said.

Stephen Perry pointed out that the trajectory of his life is intertwined with the development trend of China, and he has witnessed the transformation of a once poor and suffering China into a modern national miracle.

"I am very fortunate and privileged to witness China's rise from the ashes and build itself into a great country. I have seen the process of the Chinese people working hard to achieve national rejuvenation. Today, I am surrounded by many outstanding talents from all over the world, who have made today's life with sweat and innovation, and they are really giving, not taking. Stephen Perry said that China has truly achieved a revival. In this country, the interests of the people are deeply rooted in everyone's hearts, and people are more willing to fight for the well-being of the people of the country than in the West, where personal interests are paramount. Because only in this way can we achieve ourselves.

Stephen Perry pointed out that in the past 52 years, I have been to China more than 150 times, and I have experienced first-hand the process of China's modernization and constant change. Now that the world is full of miracles, through the development of AI, big data, new energy, transportation, communications, new energy and other technologies, we also need everyone to explore space, the moon, Mars and the depths of the ocean, develop new products to ensure people's health, explore new paths for the development of renewable energy, promote the unity of all regions in Asia, eradicate poverty and war, connect all continents and regions, and guide the world's civilization to new heights to achieve peace and security.

Stephen Perry emphasized, "I would like to pay high tribute to all of you, and I believe that in the new era, China will write a new great chapter. We need to focus on innovation and develop new quality productivity, as AI, big data, and the Internet have changed the new face of China's services and manufacturing. For at least decades, China has been enriching such a modern country that will give it an environment that makes it better able to use new technologies, which is also unprecedented. Like these icebreakers, they really should pay tribute to you. I believe in sharing, China often says to build a community with a shared future for human civilization, and if we share more, it will make the world more efficient. ”

"Hopefully, like the previous speakers, I can support innovation and make our lives better, as they have done. I will be 101 years old in 2049, and I will not be able to witness history again. But what a wonderful thing for all of you to help all Chinese turn the future into reality and make that vision a reality. So we need to create a new China through innovation. I am here with the spirit and experience of my father's 'icebreakers', and I am willing to use my own strength to help China and help the world move towards a better and shared civilization in a new era." Stephen Perry said.

10 major scientific and technological achievements were collectively unveiled

In addition to the above speeches, during the Zhongguancun Forum, Chengtong Yau, Foreign Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Director of Chengtong Yau Center for Mathematical Sciences of Tsinghua University, E Weinan, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chair Professor of Peking University, Zheng Zhiming, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of the School of Mathematics and Systems Science of Beihang University, Huang Tiejun, Chairman of Beijing Academy of Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, Vice Dean of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence of Peking University, Professor of the School of Computer Science of Peking University, and many other Chinese and foreign academicians, Turing Award winners, The head of the top AI research institute will share the latest research progress around future cutting-edge scientific and technological trends such as AI large models, embodied intelligence, and life sciences

In the field of optoelectronic information, a number of major "core" achievements have been displayed. The world's first all-analog photoelectric intelligent computing chip has more than 3,000 times the computing power of the current high-performance commercial chips in terms of intelligent visual target recognition tasks, and the energy efficiency has been increased by 4 million times, which is expected to become a powerful engine for the development of artificial intelligence. The fifth-generation reduced instruction set (RISC-V) is leading a new wave of change in processor chip technology and industry, and the third-generation "Xiangshan" open-source high-performance RISC-V processor core is the first processor core in the world to be jointly developed based on the open source model and using agile development methods, and the performance level has entered the first echelon in the world.

Beijing Institute of Quantum Information Science, together with the Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University and other teams, completed the construction of a large-scale quantum cloud computing cluster, realized the deep integration of 5 100-bit quantum chip computing resources and classical computing resources, and the total number of physical bits reached 590, and the comprehensive index entered the first echelon in the world.

Optical crystals are known as the "heart" of laser technology. The research team of Peking University creatively proposed the "corner phase matching theory", and used boron nitride to prepare an ultra-thin and energy-efficient optical crystal for the first time, which is only micron in thickness and the energy efficiency is increased by at least 100 times, laying a theoretical and material foundation for a new generation of laser technology.

Researchers have also made a major breakthrough in the exploration of brain and intelligence. The high-performance invasive intelligent brain-computer system of "Beinao-2" expands the boundaries of "heart and soul", and realizes the dexterous brain control of two-dimensional motion cursors by macaques for the first time in the world, laying the foundation for the development of a more natural and flexible new generation of neuroprostheses and other clinical applications. Artificial intelligence has achieved a series of results, and the world's first value-driven general artificial intelligence system prototype "Tongtong" has been released, which can recognize human intentions and actively help, which has reached a certain level of intelligence for children and is continuing to grow.

The "China Sky Eye" detected the shortest orbital period pulsar binary star system for the first time, the "Lasso" discovered the brightest gamma burst 10 trillion electron volt photons in history, and the fully superconducting tokamak nuclear fusion experimental device achieved the world's longest repeatable high-confinement mode plasma operation...... A number of "great powers" are continuing to produce a series of international leading achievements.

In addition, the first prototype of the 300 MW F-class heavy-duty gas turbine developed by the State Power Investment Corporation rolled off the assembly line, which is the largest power and highest-tech heavy-duty gas turbine independently developed by the mainland.

Lei Jun, Yan Ning, and Yau Chengtong gathered at the 2024 Zhongguancun Forum, and cutting-edge innovative technologies such as AI and brain-computer interface became the focus

According to a data released by the exhibition area of the Zhongguancun Forum, in 2022, Beijing's basic research funding will reach 47.07 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.4%, accounting for 23.3% of the country's total basic research funding, accounting for 16.6% of Beijing's R&D (scientific research and experimental development) funding, and an increase of 194% compared with 2014, and the basic research funding has grown steadily.

At the same time, in the past three years, Beijing has won more than 35% of the national natural science awards, 5 of China's top 10 scientific and technological advances, and 7 of China's top ten scientific progresses, both ranking first in the country.

In addition, it is disclosed that in 2024, the funding of the Beijing Natural Science Foundation is expected to reach 1 billion yuan, compared with only 120 million yuan in 2014, and the funding (2014-2024) has increased to 8 times, tripling. In addition, the Beijing Natural Science Foundation has also set up joint funds with the Economic Development Zone, Haidian, Fengtai, Huairou, Changping, Shunyi, etc., and the Xiaomi Public Welfare Foundation has also donated 500 million yuan, creating a precedent in China.

Recently, Beijing announced the "Zhongguancun World-Leading Science and Technology Park Construction Plan (2024-2027)", which deploys a "roadmap", including the deployment and implementation of 50 key tasks in five aspects, and the introduction of a new batch of major policies and reform measures, so as to build Zhongguancun into the main position of the construction of Beijing's international science and technology innovation center, a breakthrough in the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, a leader in China's high-quality development, and a key hub of the global innovation network, and effectively support the construction of a scientific and technological power and a manufacturing power.
